Kaspersky Total Security v16 (most recent, i suppose).
I checked to.exe and update.exe with online virus scan and seems like only few of antiviruses detect something in it, so it is indeed more likely to be false positive.
On previous versions of TO Kaspersky was blocking only update file, so that wasn't a huge deal. On latest it also blocking main exe and not letting me to run it. TO v.1.5.3.8 was the last one i used to run without problems. What is pokerstars client version compatible with that one? If problem could not be fixed, i prefer to bypass it by downgrading, not by adding exclusion to antivirus.

16.1.6.8 for ps.eu and 16.1.9.3 for ps.com.
Kaspersky has confirmed that both files are false positives and they are supposed to remove the problem soon. Unfortunately, as I said earlier it may reappear with the next TO update.

I am using quite a few layouts so I am going to take ages to nail that from fresh. Is there a way to disable table under mouse in TO and play with popup tables from pokerstars client? Man, at least I won't sitout cause this issue is costing me money. Sometimes I even don't know that I am playing a certain tourney and for my surprise I am sitout in the 4 blind level.
Any plans do fix this in the future?

You can disable "Popup table when user action required" in TO and use similar option in PokerStars client.
You could also add "Action tables", "Timebank tables" and "Sitouted tables" to your hud so you won't miss that you are sitouting or have table with action.

Hey! For some reason my TO multiplies all bets by x100. :/ I tried to fix it by setting up all betsizes divided into 100 (like 0.75% on flop). But this problem fixes itself sometimes and I need to resetup all options again. This is annoying.

I accidentally minimized a table and then I pressed the hotkey that tiles tables on all screens but that minimized table didn't appear on screen. I had to press "ctrl + s" from pokerstars and then that table appeared too. But still, it should work on TO. Can you confirm this bug?

I wouldn't call it a bug but I can easily make it tile minimized tables as well.

For me it is clearly a bug, I mean I did by mistake, my monitors were full and a table wouldn't show. It wasn't fun. Maybe put a checkbox, if other players like it this way.

Popup tables in multystack is working fine now.

In SNG registering, it would be useful to have a button to reset the stats: registered in session, etc. All of them. If they remain, I can't take a quick break and then use the same filters again because I already hit the limit, and it won't register to any tournaments. It's boring to modify the filters. A reset would be the proper way to do it. Normally, I wasn't bothered because I took longer breaks between sessions, but with quick breaks, it can be annoying because the stats remain. After how much time the filter stats reset?

BTW, tiling minimized tables works now.

They reset if TO is closed for more than 5 minutes. In the latest version(1.5.4.5) you can change it be editing options.xml file in TO main folder. You need to find 'resetTime="500"' and change it to e.g. 'resetTime="10"'. After that it will reset after 10 seconds.

Do I also need to close PS for everything to work as expected? Will it matter if I close, wait a bit, and then open TO while PS is running?

You don't have to close Pokerstars.

So i have issues with HEM2 where i could not connect to postgresSQL which never happened before. I was told to remove avast and malwarebytes and only use windows defender as my virus protector. I still could not get HEM 2 to work after all of this and it looks like i have to do some uninstall reinstall hem2/postgressql etc and then reimport my hand history folder etc.


I had put hem2, hem2 hud functionsapp and postgres and postgres.ctl in the list of exclusions on windows defender as told by the hem rep but that doesnt seem to do anything. With avast, i had recalled a put sessionlord, tableoptimizer and another tableoptimizer icon on avast in the exclusion since i had issues with it last time.


Well i opened up stars and opened up tableoptimizer today and i get the error update.exe not found in To main folder. How do i fix this issue? Did this had to do with me removing avast and thus those Tableoptimizer files needed to be put in the exclusions on windows defender like it did with avast? So far i only have the hem and postgres as my exclusions on windows defender but of course my hem still cannot work now. And not only that, im sure this affected my tableoptimizer?


in the hem thread, i was told avast is horrible for HEM as it conflicts and causes problems. Is that true with tableoptimizer or not?

Download latest TO version from the website: www.tableoptimizer.com/to.zip
Extract to.zip to a new folder.
Copy all extracted files.
Paste these files into TO main folder and overwrite old files.
I don't know how anti-virus could cause the second problem. Running Pokerstars in compatibility mode with Windows XP can cause false positive in Troubleshooting. Maybe you are doing this?

basically just copy all of those and drag it to the original TO folder... is that correct?


im confused what you mean extract to. to a new folder. This folder is to (1) meaning tableoptimizer 1 which mean 2nd tableoptimzier folder. Original folder is just called TO.

Yes, if Windows asks you if you want to overwrite old files you should accept.

By extracting I mean right clicking on to.zip and selecting "Extract files"(or something similar depending on what software your are using for compressing files). This will extract files from compressed archive(to.zip) into a new folder. Double-clicking on to.zip and copying all files may also work.

That shouldn't be necessary.

You need another license for ps.com but you don't have to pay for it. Just e-mail me your pokerstars id on ps.it and ps.com.

Could you add an option to auto-collapse the chat/notes box on new tables (where it goes into the side) - or a hotkey to collapse the chat box on all tables? I prefer to have it hidden most of the time but if I have notes open on one table then new tables start opening with the chat box visible.

tried to update TO to be compatible with the latest stars but each time i get this message:

how can i update TO?
