When using SaT I keep having a Norton "Suspicious Cloud" alert. Is it a standard problem ?

Yes its a standard problem, because some anti-virus software incorrectly detecting that SaT is a virus.

You should first try to update your Norton so that it has the most recent definitions. That might solve the problem. VirusTotal is reporting that Norton (Symantec) thinks its ok:

As you can see, 1 anti virus software thinks SaT is a virus, and 55 think its ok. But ultimately its up to you to decide. Here is more information:

I'm getting the message that my license is in use on another computer. I was using it on my laptop but I'd shut off my S+T and still got the message. I shut off the laptop completely and I'm still getting that message.

After I press ok for that I get a message that my trial has expired and I get sent to free mode. I checked my bank account and I auto renewed on 12/2.

can you try opening it on your laptop and then closing it again? and then try it again on your other comp?

what happens is, when you press Stop, then SaT attempts to connect to the website to 'unlock' your license. perhaps there was an interruption, or connection error, or something else which prevented this from happening

hi, sat doesn't work anymore for ipoker, even after update. i am playing on dafapoker.

re including the site only worked with Winning poker, still have the problem in party that table doesnt move to the grid when im facing an all in so i have to stop and start SAT to see the table wich gets really annoying

Hrmmm, yes that is annoying and thats not supposed to happen. SaT looks for the 'call' button on PartyPokerModern, which is the 2nd/middle button, and that button is visible in your image as the all-in button, so it should be working..

You do have PartyPokerModern included right? Not PartyPokerClassic?

If you are already using PartyPokerModern, then maybe try adding this line to your layout config:

Click File->Current layout, add the line, save the file, close SaT and reopen

what specifically doesn't work?

it looks like you may have either added a new monitor or new video card, or otherwise changed your desktop resolution or desktop scaling size.

right now there is nothing you can do about the smaller SaT window. i am looking into a fix so that it will look better on larger monitors.

however, if you are running multiple monitors, or if you changed your scaling size, then you will definitely want to read this page and perhaps make the change that is talked about:

and of course, if you made any type of graphics change, you'll need to Remove and re-Include all of your sites


my guess is this is related to the above issue. maybe if you've changed computers or something. i suggest you first try Removing and re-Including the site and see if it fixes it. if not, then also try making a File->New Layout and see if everything works again

no ETA yet, its a very big change to how the software works currently. if you could describe exactly what you want to happen, that may help me. my idea was, to keep the current functionality where there is only one stack where tables pop out of. but then still allow the other grid slots to act as 'stacks' where they can contain multiple tables. but those other grid slot 'stacks' would never pop out tables.

thanks a lot, i completely forgot about it but what happened was both my external monitors were messed up for a bit and didn't work, so I guess ill look into that,

as for the stack question: what Im aiming for is that the other grid slots can contain multiple tables, instead of just 1. so for example you have your main stack of tables, then on the left you have a slot that contains a few tables that require more attention. thats all. simple but very useful.
