There is no update.

The software is checking for an update upon startup, and misinterpreting the response because the website is offline.

I'm spamming these idiots until they respond. I'm fed up

A few users in the past week were getting false positive virus reports. Apparently the webhost has labelled my website 'malicious' as if my site has been hacked and is spreading viruses. You can see a few posts back that this happened a few days ago. I thought it was cleared up. Apparently not.

Looks like my spamming has worked, they've reviewed my ticket and re-enabled the website.

I will be looking at remedies to prevent this in the future

It attempts to connect to the website when I click the 'start' button? That seems weird. Anyway it happens when I open the app, and it happens when I click start or stop or close the app. There is a 10 second lag where before it was instant.

There are hotkeys to "bet x bb" and also click the BetSize buttons which are on the table, such as 50%, 75% etc, whatever buttons show on the table

Can I put for example: SB 3x (automatically), and BTN 2.5x?

Or do I have to put hotkeys? Because I play with mouse only, not sure how this hotkeys will work for me.
Also, I've installed the trial. Can you explain what does the layout thing means? Because sometimes I play 4 tables, others 6, others 9 and the table size will vary with that.. so im not sure what putting the correct layout means

Unfortunately, there are no betting based on position. I believe this is against PokerStars rules now anyway, and SaT is a multi-site tool.

Layouts are fixed, meaning the table sizes don't change. You can create multiple layouts with different #s of slots and then use File->Open Layout to change to a different one. I'm guessing you only tile your tables? Someone else recently requested that the layouts switch automatically based on the # of tables open. I'm not yet sure if I will add that, or add an option to change the layout with a hotkey or something like that

I've played with starshelper and never had to configure layout and I could customize the betting buttons on the client as well. Also, I could customize sizings by position.

So let's assume I start my session with my 4 tables layout, I then add 2 tables. So now I've 6 tables which makes the tables smaller on screen.
So what I do now is use the multiple layout I created and apply it, and it will work again?
Also, can you explain why I've to use this layout feature if I only use betsizing hotkeys? Also do you have the option to show in big blinds rather than money?

If you just want to tile your tables on your own, and only use the SaT hotkeys, you can do that, although the program isn't meant to be used that way.

Probably use "Tile only" mode, reduce the slots down to as few as possible (probably 1), and then use
New Tables slot = 0"

I think that should do it

Windows defender, said it detected a Trojan, and deleted SaT
So I restarted and wasn't able to find SaT, then went to your website, attempt to download and get a message in red saying "this program contained a virus and was deleted"

in my program files, SaT folder is there, but only folders: images Layouts, Sites, Sat(video icon) and uninstall.
