Cool, I wasn't sure but that should mean it'll work straight off then.

I'm away for a birthday tomorrow, so it'll prolly be Friday or the weekend before I get chance to upload the new version. Will make a post when uploaded.
Was gonna post this today, but I got some very strange results for yesterday's hands and need to investigate further to make sure it's not a bug. Will post when had time to double check the code.

Any word on the "This version has timed out issue". Looks like it will be great software, but the error shuts it down immediately. Thanks

Too bad

I'm currently running pretty awful too. Would like to know if i could beat my "record" of -320% Luck...

I don't think he will show up again.

If you play on Party or Stars then you can still use my CLI app (with dave_w11's converter for Stars). Since he seems to have vanished I'll see what I can do about adding a better GUI and grabbing the hands from the PokerEV DB, when it finally goes public beta and when I get some free time.

I feel bad that I scared him off now I only set out to verify the strange Party/PT2 results and hoped he would just fix up his app, but instead he seems to have vanished.

I played at stars till they gave me the most ridiculous downswing the world has ever seen... now i'm playing exclusively at full tilt.

Well, maybe you'll release a Full Tilt version yourself some day

dave_w11 kindly made a Stars to Party converter for my app. Just read the README in the RAR file for instructions.

Any chance of getting support for Stars HU sngs?

I read JoY's suggestion about using PokerEV and trying to trick it into reading FTP HUsng histories as cash histories. Would it be possible/necessary to
1) do the same thing for Stars HUsngs, using PokerEV?
2) to do this, do I need to have a script that will change the raw HH of the Stars HUsngs so that PokerEV will read it?

Thank you for your help!

Any chance to make it compatible with PT and use filters ?
It would be AWESOME !

What kind of filters are you wanting to use? If you go to Utilities->Export Hand Histories To File you can use some buyin, tourney type and date filters. Stars hand histories produced seem to work fine going through the converter. I don't know if party ones will be ok or not because the converter seperates the hands into seperate files for each tournament and that might be necessary for the program to work.

Unless the format of Stars heads up games is different, then you should still be able to use the Stars hand history converter and my application in just the same way as you would use it for multiplayer games (the ICM function works just fine when only two players are remaining).

It should be OK, even if it splits up into lots of little files or puts into one big file. A few versions back I made it so that the hands can be presented in any order and it shouldn't make any difference.

I want ftp support so bad. I wish they would charge like $10 at least for this and support both stars+ftp.

Lets say I have a map with 5000 sngs from all days of the weeks and all different starting times, like some are from 4 PM , others from 2 AM.

Now, I only want to know my true ROI over my SNGs played on Sunday. By using Yuk's AllinLuck.

And I want to know my tru ROI over the SNgs with their Starting-time between 2 PM and 4 PM. By using Yuk's AllinLuck.

Is there a script that can arrange that?

Like copy pasting the Sundays Sngs to a new map or something to that effect?

At the moment, there is no easy way to do this except to do it by hand and move the hand histories manually into a separate folder. My parser already parses the day of the week and the hour of the day, and eventually I'm going to add something to let you export into a separate .CVS file which will allow easy filtering of things such as this (and other things, such as the number of players, etc).

There was a post about this a few days ago in the STT forum, and if you have played enough hands you may be able to get some idea of the profitability of different days, etc. The last time I tried to do this I wrote an SQL query and ran it on about 25K SNGs, but the results weren't very good and about all I got from it was that weekends are more profitable than weekdays (which I knew already...).

I'm a bit busy with other stuff at the moment, but hopefully about the end of the month I'll have some time to work more on this.

Hi guys,

I gotta question. Last time I checked I couldnt use SnG Luck Analyzer because it woudlnt access my PT postgreSQL DB, wouldnt only work with Access.

1. Working now or any workaround?
2. I am currently playing at PartyPoker, supporting this?

In any case, if my DS holds on any longer I am broke anyway. 20 BI down, lost again 3x AA today first blindlevel.....

If you look somewhere further back in this thread, then there is a link for my SNG luck application. If you export your Party Poker hand histories from inside Poker Tracker back to text files, then you can use it with/without postgres SQL (or even using one of the new Trackers).

Oh great, thanks a lot, I try that.

Although I wonder if I need to analyze that now that I am losing EVERY Hand anway. I am totally speechless here, lost AA again, and KK. I mean not losing one time, I mean EVERYTIME. But even worse is losing 95% of all 70/30 situation. Gotta get this working tomorrow, you guys are going to have some fun with my stats.
