I updated pokerstars. When opening sessionlord, it asked me to update and i updated it to the latest version. Now i get the message that session is not compatible.

Is there an update for sessionlord that is in process like last time? I updated to the latest sessionlord version but says its not compatible with stars.

Hi. I just bought SngOpener pro. The lobby ''More details'' with the list of players registered became blank as soon as I start SngOpener. I have windows 10, have the latest version of PS (18141), the latest version of SessionLord and run both program as administrator. Any ideas how to fix that?

Hi, during that time the hosting provider of our servers upgraded its network setup, so that could cause the latency. All of our service are running now normally with healthy state.

can you add register to spin and go hotkey?

my Ihud doesn't work on standard mtts/sngs anymore. no blind timer and hidden all in board for me anymore. this goes on since months. satellite sng and KO mtts work though.

In Multitabling product you can get SpinRegistrator start/stop, pause/resume hotkeys.

Hi, can you send please an email to support@sessionlord.com with your SL account username and an exact SnG/MTT type where the huds are not working? (buyin level, speed, max players, etc). Then we can check what is going on those tables for you.

If i have played a On Demand SNG and busted early, and this SNG is still in late registration in the sng lobby. Session Lord wants to register the same sng again if a want to register that same type sng again. Every time a pokerstars window pops up with you have already played in this tournament. I have checked in the backer section that SL will auto handle single OK popup windows. But SL steals the focus with handling this popups to close them. Every time my active table jumps away to another no action needed table and i need to manually use a hotkey to go to the most urgent table. This is very annoying, even more if you play a lot of tables.

Is there a solution for this? Maybe add an option that SessionLord do not may register a Late Registration On Demand SNG?

Is anyone having trouble logging in last couple days? First I had some error, then it worked again for a while, now it just freezes and doesn't respond.

just happens now like some days ago. if you log in to SL, stars freezes completely. again deep in the ME and I have to blind out...

2nd Sunday in a row I've had to cut my session short due to SL freezing up. Given Sunday is the biggest day of the week this is obv not acceptable. Last week u said it was down to a server restart, is this likely to be a recurring theme cus if so your software is no good. Pretty frustrating to say the least...
