Any help?

I'm using Win 7, and my Java is up to date.
I think you have some problem with your Java installation.

You have to search Java Web Start application.

Universal Replayer works in the Java cache. It isn't a usual installation.
You have to check if in the Java control panel you can create the icon as in windows.
the .jnlp file is only for the first installation.

I imported session in Replayer and add comments.
How can I export it as .xml so it can be opened with all comments added?

I've been experimenting with this lately. Clicking the save button to the right of p/b speed seems to work ok.
Updates the file in C:/Users/....../UniversalReplayer/Imports

Also been clicking the 2nd star to the right of the note box, and then checking the Highlight option, (top right of sshot). This then steps through all the noted hands using the green > button, and tags them in the ribbon display as well.

Detatchable note box would be really nice!

Your quote is just the content of the configuration file.
I think that the error is related to a permission fail.
Don't forget that UR works on the java temporary cache so it must be usable by UR.

Any possibility to run Universal Replayer with Ongame HHs? I tried:
- import directly/convert from the HH folder of the Ongame client
- from the archiv of HEM, but it seems to be the same .log format like in the original folder
- export from HEM (works for Stars etc, but not for Ongame Tourneys)

Any ideas?

It works fine with Ongame. You have to select P5Network as poker room when you want to converti it.

im trying to replay an FTP MET and it freezes every time i select 'money invested'. is there a fix for this? i am pasting the text of the hh into the converter and clicking convert with FTP selected. it seems to run fine if i dont have money invested selected, but it is 1200 hands so it will take hours to watch with all the folded pots. it will play one hand fine but then refuses to move to the next hand and freezes completely if i manually push the next hand button.

I think that your problem is related to your antivirus or firewall. UR use the Java cache and some security software block the access to this cache.
Check also if the Java cache is enabled on the control panel.

Please send me the hand history and I'll try to understand what's wrong.

I also have the same problem when installing UR.
It worked , but after I re-installed my System it started to give this error.
How can I fix it?

Genius software! Amazing that its free.... I will donate soon (first upswing... karma ;-)) a little for your efforts!..

One thing I miss, or i just didnt find, is to export the current handhistory in a raw file.. I guess its going to be hard since it is exported to an .xml but is this possible in any way?

Sometime i review HHs and then want to put them on sites like weaktight.com/pokerhand.org and i can't because i cant export a raw HH..

Maybe im missing something, else it would be a nice feature to add.
