Does PT4 currently pick up Zone hands on Bovada?

Hi!

Im playing on PokerMaster and I have a converter. My problem is that PT4 is messing up the PFR / raise first in stats, because of the straddle.
My converter is formatting it to PokerStars, like this:

2520076087: posts small blind $2.00
2386396054: posts big blind $4.00
7022976338: posts straddle $8.00

However the raise first in stats are 100% for EP (15/15) and zero for all the other positions, also, PFR is lot of times higher than VPIP, so im sure the stats are not able to handle it.

What should I do? Should I format it to WPN format?

Yes but the grabbing of Zone hands is disabled by default so you will need to enable that option - see this guide.

Support for these sites requires the use of the Elite HUD Hand Converter software and with that software each of these sites hands can be written and import as their correct site in PokerTracker 4. If you are using a different converter that writes hand in the format of other sites then you can try changing the format to see if the correct data imports. While we do not support hands from other converters as far as I am aware PokerStars do not offer straddle games but WPN do so that should work in theory.

For some reason, I can't find the bell curve graph. Could someone please remind me where it is?

Has anyone else reported an issue of hand importing from GG via thepokercraft feature since their update (26th november) its only showing hands that has won preflop or lost preflop and hands that saw a flop arent Imported.

Go to 'View Stats -> LeakTracker' and select the 'Overall Luck Bell Curve' report however please note that LeakTracker reports are only available in the cash game section of PokerTracker 4.

I've only seen hands with a rake change but all of these still import into PokerTracker 4. Please send your sample to us in a Support Ticket. Thank you.

that button at top of table just disappeared. so cant unlock/change hud. doesnt show up on pt4 replay or poker site

That isn't something I can reproduce so can you please send us a screenshot and your PokerTracker4.log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can investigate:

How do I turn off this ICM thing? I don't use it and all it does is obscure the player pods on the replayer.

Hi Rob,

I am wondering if there is mode where results are hidden. I am going a month at a time not looking at results (to try and not be results oriented) but that means I almost cannot use the DB at all or review hands, because it shows you results. Would be nice if there was a way to hide results, but still view individual hands (with or without results, turn filter on and off) or view stats (vpip, bb/100... all those stats you see on the stats page).

It has multiple lines for 3bet range and 4bet range preflop. I'm assuming one is IP and one OOP? If so, which is which?

There is no mode like that. You can edit reports however some of the statistics displayed in certain reports cannot be changed/edited. You can also hide graph lines by via a right-click, selecting 'Configure Graph' and changing the line colors to white. Another option is to create custom reports to display what you want to see:

You can also create custom statistics if for example you wanted to see individual hand results in a 'Hand Report' but not the total result in the summary line at the bottom.

There is no IP/OOP for the default definitions and they are the same. Do you have duplicate note definitions in NoteTracker? Are you using multiple databases for the HUD? Is the player aliased?

Hi Rob, thanks for the comments on reports. Though, I do still think a hide results feature would be helpful for the future.



As for the notes, I checked in notetracker and I don't see duplicate definitions. I only have one DB. By player aliased, i'm not sure if you mean me or the player who the screen was of, but I think the answer is no. I only have hands on that player from one site/username and most of my hands are from pokerstars. Though 2-3 years ago I played a bit on 888, and some hands are still in the DB from that.

Hello, my question is in regards to tournaments and sit and goes that are not being recognized in the stats area. They are showing up at one of a kind games, even though they should be grouped in with regular types of tournaments that I play. Please see the URL pasted above. I couldn't get it to work, posting the image in here.

Is there any way to fix or reimport these games so they show up grouped with their proper tournament type?

If it's none of those then I don't see what can be causing that. You are welcome to report this issue to us although I'd first suggest purging and reprocessing your NoteTracker notes and hopefully that should remove the duplicate entries.

I cannot see what poker site(s) they are for however the information provided in hand histories varies by site/tournament but for any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually

so my hud is working on every site, and on every table, except for the 1 odd table on pokerstars. I play like 6-8 tables there usually and theres always 1 table where the hud just refuses to show up. I play a lot of other sites everything works well.

what do i do?

Hi Rob, yes the games are on Pokerstars. Thanks for your help. I got those tournament summaries set up and I will manually do adjustments for all those previously imported games.

Hi Rob, just to follow up on the tournament descriptions on PT4 from Pokerstars, I did enable the tournament summaries to be saved today. After I played today, I still noticed some errors regarding the descriptions.

For example, I played in a 2 table tournament with 18 players, but the tournament description in PT4 says it is a 5 table tournament. Another example is me playing in a turbo speed tournament, but the desription says hyper turbo, which is a speed I never play.

Do you know how to correct these description errors so they are importing correctly? Thanks

And after enabling the option in PokerStars to save the tournament summaries did you configure PokerTracker 4 to import from that folder as well via 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars'?

As I mentioned previously they would have to be corrected manually but if you have tournaments which are not being detected correctly please include all relevant information detailing the problem in a Support Ticket and attach a zip file with a sample of hand history & tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you so we can see if the tournament detection rules can be updated.

Thanks Rob. No I didn't configure that tournament folder in PT4. I just did that now.

On the Site & Import Options > Tournaments tab, there is a heading that says Summary Import with two boxes for Overwrite Data and Run Detection Post import. Should I select these as well? What I would like to do going forward is be able to have the complete set of tournament data after the game is done, including the prize payouts to all the players, even if I bust early in the game. Will this help me in doing that?

Yes I did - please accept my apologies.

Can you please enable logging in PokerTracker 4, reproduce this issue and take a screenshot of the table missing the HUD after playing some hands there. Next access your 'Logs' folder by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and send us the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder along with your screenshot in a Support Ticket.

Please send us a log file that has recorded this problem to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what those errors are and advise accordingly. The previous version can be downloaded from here.
