I just buy a licence for PT4. I just finished a trial from hm3...so my question is, how can i add my hands from hm3 in to PT4?.

I allready try it with setup assistent, but they can't find a database of hm3...

im getting an error that reads
"Unable to login to database (postgres). Reason: could not connect to server. Connection refused (xxxxxx) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting tcp/ip connections on port 5432?"

Then I go to configure defaults im still unable to connect?

I've not changed anything other than regularly scheduled windows updates.

Can you guys give us an 8-Max option in HUD->Edit HUD Options next update?

I want to be able to set an 8-Max profile permanently for ACR as they have a lot of 8-Max tourneys and I have to keep changing the profile from 9-Max to 8-Max every time it moves me to a new table.

I tried opening a ticket about this, but didn't get anywhere.

Your software only allows these options: Full Ring (7-10) & Short Handed (3-6). Thanks

PokerTracker 4 now supports a HUD on Snap tables and this wouldn't have been added without the information being provided by 888. If you want further verification you can contact your poker site support.

I am doing a trial for pt4. I have been first to sit in 6 man cash game. I do not have many hands on players so when someone sits we may play 10 hands before table gets populated. Can I tell hud to only use hands that were 3 handed or more? Obv stats from hu play would be misleading at 6 man table after table gets filled.

No. A squeeze in PokerTracker 4 can only be a 3Bet.

I keep getting this fatal error message when I try to update my database after launching pt4.

Does anyone have a idea what I need to do. Also when I click get hands while playing in the bottom left it just errors escalating into the thousands.

I keep getting the message "PokerTracker has detected and out of memory condition. PokerTracker will now attempt to close to prevent data loss" and I can't seem to fix it. I've re-installed PT4, PostgreSQL, reconfigured the database to the sever, and unzipped the HH files. More or less everything I could possibly do to try and fix it. I'm also running a program called PokerBros HUD from EliteHud.com for context. I solved the problem after initially unzipping the HH files for roughly 36 hours, but then it continued to reoccur after.

Hello, happy to send some examples later, on my phone atm. Not a single tournament I have played has tracked properly. Most have your finish position and prize, none have the buy in amount, type, etc.

So we can see what's causing that please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket:

Guide: How to Create & Submit a PokerTracker4.log File

Please note that every time you restart PokerTracker 4 it will begin a new log so you'll want to save/send that PokerTracker4.log file to us before restarting PokerTracker 4 again.

In most cases opponents cards are only known when showdown is reached and you can filter for that in 'Hand Details' (for the hand) or 'Actions & Opportunities -> River' (for you).

How do I get PT4 to import the ACR tourney summaries? I upgraded to Version 4.15.23, but none of the summaries show up. Do I need to manually import them now since I just upgraded? If so, how?

Edit - I figured out how to import them, but the buyin, rebuys, etc show up as $0.00 for all of them - any fixes to this.
