As long as your poker site saves play money hand histories then things should work although some PokerStars versions create play money hand histories (which a tracking tool like PokerTracker 4 would need) and some do not. Those that do create them should allow for importing into PokerTracker 4. If you want to try and set things up you can take a look at this:

Due to the way that Mac OSX works there will be always be a little delay between the table window coming to the front (when it is activated) and the HUD being redrawn back on top. If Apple ever allows us to attach our window to the poker client then we can resolve it.

Is it possible to get stats that take sizing into account? E.g., frequency of <50% cbet?

You can do just about anything imaginable with PokerTracker 4 custom stats. This is the PokerTracker4 interface guide for custom stats:

this has been a problem with my PT4 for years now, and its the most tilting thing ever because you never see the error, and PT4 displays vastly incorrect information on the HUD. Top row 2nd from the end is my fold to steal stat. As you can see, for this player it shows 50%. In reality, this session alone he has folded 5/6 times to steals. Since my HUD is wrong, I am missing out on opportunities to steal 100% vs such a tight player.

I can never tell the difference if I am being shown correct or incorrect HUD stats besides double clicking on every player at the table and comparing the 2. Is this a common bug with the software? Are there any fixes?

Are you using tournament stack filters for your HUD? When these are used they are not applied to the session stats in the tooltip so it can result in the session value displaying more than the non-session value. If you would like to be automatically notified if this is resolved in a future update then you can open a Support Ticket and quote reference #4979.

1) I've a very good SSD but for whatever reason the hud takes a bit to load (not instant). Any solution to this? Ive already did a custom cache rebuild.

2) My HUD profile isnt appearing in the drop down on the replayer. IT appears all the profiles but one, which is the one i use. Whats the issue here?

Try a "Full Cache Rebuild" instead.

Can you please attach a screenshot or two here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what the trouble is.

i'm using PT4 with ProPokerHuds since couple of year and i should know if there are (eventually hot to generate) some particular stats:

- limp and fold on SB
- limp and call on SB
- limp and raise on SB
- 4betted pot postflop general stats
- fold to donkbet in 3betted pot
- fold to probe in 3betted pot
- fold to turn float in 3betted pot
- 5bet preflop vs positions
- response after donkbet (es. if villain donks and hero raises, what do Villain?)

Should i ask those questions to ProPokerHuds? There are officual thread here?

When I go to make a report the default stats are only 'Hands' and 'My C Won' and I have to add the rest manually.
How do I make it so that the ones I want are automatically included every time I go to make a report?

How can I get a stats report for street by street?

Once you have set up a report with the basic stats you want to use as your base. Save the report and then when you want to make a new one starting with those stats click the grey disk icon next to Save and choose 'Duplicate Report'.

There are separate stats for each street in PT4. You can't see different streets on different lines in a report, so you'd add the street-specific stats that you want to see to your report and view them next to each other. Right click the report you're using and choose Configure Report to add more stats.

I've just started trying out the trial version of Poker Tracker and have run into a problem. I've set up my hud and got the layout right, but it stops tracking after 4 hands. I've tried this 5 times now and it always stops after 4 hands. Is there some setting I'm missing, or is this a restriction of the trial version?

That is not a trial restriction so please check that your poker site is configured correctly:

PokerTracker 4 only supports English so both hand histories and poker table graphics such as the "Fold" button all need to be in English. From the description of the trouble it sounds like you might be on PokerStars and here we are permitted to import a limited number of observed hands via the PT4 "Memory Grabber". This is a special feature that integrates with the PokerStars application to grab hands that reside in memory and this would be the reason you are seeing some data. However for all your own hands to import you must have everything configured correctly. Our guide for PokerStars is here:

hey guys,
I Just noticed that some of my hands are not being tracked by PT4.. I play on ignition so I use BCC and PT4 together. So basically I noticed that sometimes I will be losing on a table, and when I click on my HUD, it will say that I am up money. Example, just recently I lost a big hand with the Queen High Flush v the Ace high flush and when I went to review that hand after the session it was nowhere to be found.. It works 99% of the time but it kinda bugs me out that my software might be missing some big hands. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this, would appreciate any input.

Since those are converted hands it would be best to contact the company that converts the hand histories by trying to find the hand history that didn't import and send it to them.

There is likely a mistake or issue with the hand history as they convert the hands into a supported format so as long as they are converted correctly they should import but we do not troubleshoot unsupported hand history formats.

does anybody here know how to make a fully cachable vs hero stat? I know the guys from PPH sells them but im just curious if anybody know how they did it since on PT4 forums they either dont wanna share the info or dont know, thanks.

Versus hero stats were not available as default stats in PokerTracker 4 (see this post) and I do not know a method to use the cache for vs hero stats created using our custom stat functionality.

Will pokertracker be able to display a HUD on bwin fast tables anytime soon?

Bwin are still using the old version of the Ipoker client? If so then the issue will be resolved automatically once they update to the new version. The majority of skins seem to have updated already so you could switch to one of those while you wait as unfortunately its not possible to support both the new and old versions.
