The import settings will only be in effect when the tournament does not already exist. If you intend to re-import (and in your case it is not necessary) then you should first purge the old tournaments before you re-import.

PokerTracker 4 is built to support Retina displays, but if the poker site does not have a retina ready poker client, then this may be the result. We are still compiling Retina support documentation, as more information becomes available we will post it in this thread.

Please send us a support ticket, include screen capture. Restart PokerTracker 4 with logging enabled, then let the report display. Once this is done, please send us the PokerTracker4.log as described in the Submitting a Support Ticket Guide, the log is necessary for us to determine exactly what your problem is.

Yes - the same key is valid for use on any two computers that you own (and can be re-used on other computers once uninstalled from a previous one), and these can be any combination of Windows and Mac.

You can use either Raise First In or Attempt to Steal and set it for the SB position in the Item Properties area. HU it's SB/BB not BB/BTN in PT4's world.

You can set an individual HUD group to session stats by double clicking it, or right clicking and ticking Session. You can change the state of all groups on the table via the PT Icon.

How do you get stats for other players? I can not seem to change the player from me to another player on the stats screen. Thanks.

Got the update installed and now my hud stats dont stay in the right position even if i allign them and then press save layout... any tips/ideas?

Where are you playing? Have you opened and closed the same table? What game type? Is this a Fast Fold game?

TWO IMPORTANT ISSUES THAT ARE AFFECTING POKERTRACKER USERS - PLEASE INFORM YOUR FRIENDS AND PEERS:

1) There was a minor bug in the configuration file for FullTilt's Rush HUD, this file is automatically pushed from our servers once you start using PokerTracker today. To solve the bug please restart PokerTracker 4, the correct version of this file will be pushed to your computer automatically and you will then be able to play on FullTilt RUSH tables once again.

2) PokerTracker 4.07 requires a cache rebuild if you use the Call 2Bet PF stat in your HUD or reports. Our release notes stated this rebuild was optional, we just discovered that the performance of PokerTracker 4 will be affected if a rebuild is not performed. If you are affected by this issue, please follow these instructions.

1. Restart PokerTracker 4
2. Click Database > Database Maintenance
3. Click Rebuild Cache and wait until the process has completed.

Please be aware that the larger your database, the longer it will take to rebuild your cache. Very large databases that exceed millions of hands could take hours to perform, we sugest performing the rebuild at a time when you are not playing to avoid any disruptions in your play.

What site are you playing at? Did you need to click Auto Center in our software, or at the site?

1) Please rebuild your cache. Database > Database Maintenance. Click Rebuild cache. If your database is large, this could take a long time so be prepared to walk away if necessary. When this is done, view any tournament hand in the replayer, did this solve your problem?

2) If 1 did not solve the problem, please change to any default HUD profile that has not been modified by you. Now view any tournament hand in the replayer, did this solve your problem?

Please let us know your results in this thread. Its hard to tell for sure from your description, but we think this is because you have a stat installed that uses a stat column that requires the cache to be reset after the latest update (as discussed above), hopefully our suggestions will work. All of the players in our staking group are using your program. We love the majority of what PT4 does, but we have a bunch of guys that complain the program runs really slowly on their computer. It takes a long time for a report to pull up in the "My Reports" tab and the HUD also lags quite a bit.

Is there a general overall idea of what could be causing this and how we can fix these?

1) The first line of defense when there is a slow report is to perform database maintenance by rebuilding the cache (in fact this is necessary if they just installed 4.07 and they are using the Call 2Bet PF stat in your HUD or reports. Another thing to look at is if they are using any uncached custom stats, the more uncached stats that are used, the greater the slowdown, hence it is good to compare by testing a report without any custom stats used to see if you can reproduce the problem, in the HUD its good to switch to one of our default HUDs to compare results instead. You would be surprised how often we discover that a bug claimed by a user is actually just a poorly written custom stat or report that is mucking up the works.

2) Have them contact us by sending a support ticket. Working with PostgreSQL is not an exact science, it helps us know more about their specific issues when we can see the database queries that are stored in the pokertracker4.log file - so have them send in attached to their support tickets. Please follow these instructions for submitting a Support Ticket.

pt4 hud not working for 5knl zoom on stars ?

I use Postgres 8.3 , Upgrading is good for pt4 ? will go faster?

Since 2 weeks, getting my results takes a really long time. I always update to the newest build (I performed the database management). How come ? Its only like 1000 games at 1 stake (I play HU HT). It takes close to a minute to build the graph.

My computer far exceeds the recommended configuration (plus I run an SSD).

i have 4.06.4 and everything is smooth.
i like being always up to date with latest version.
here are my worries which make me not update yet to 4.7:

pls explain this more clear. what's with "if required" and "new Nova themes"?
now i use Nova Gray theme and everything is fine.
now if i click Reset in the PT4 HUD icon, nothing is damaged.
what do u mean by "resets the default positioning".
i do not want to upgrade to 4.7 and loose all my layout saving for each table type.
i do not want to upgrade to 4.7 and sometime when i click that 'Reset' to have a my layouts or anything messed up.

i have this stat used in one of the popup-group (not table group) from the (default) 'Cash - Professional' HUD profile.
this is the HUD profile that I use currently.
should I rebuild cache if i upgrade to 4.7?
this one of the cases that this is required?
what are the consequences if i don't rebuild cache?
there will be only in-"correctly interpret preflop open-all-ins..." with that stat OR any speed/performance HUD issues?
if it is the latter ("speed/performance HUD issues") these will occur only when i open that Popup-Group which contain ‘Call PF 2Bet’ (i remind you that it is only there and not on a Table-Group)

want to Play Rush Poker on Fulltilt. Enabled Rush HUD in Fulltilt configuration and followed exactly these steps:

1. Start PokerTracker 4
2. Start Full Tilt and Login
3. Click "Get Hands While Playing" in PokerTracker 4
4. Join a Rush table

But HUD isn't working. Any idea why?
