Hello,

I have PT4 installed at 2 computers (laptop and pc). How is the easiest way to exchange data for each other?

Syncing data between the two, or do you want to backup one computer and move the data to another? Syncing data requires some help from a shared drive and some manual labor each time you start playing, backing up is a one time requirement and is not hard to do.

Support Ticket #133546

I also have another support ticket open regarding the session start times from 2-3 days ago that I haven't gotten fixed yet. I was told it was forwarded to the QA team, but that's all so far. The support ticket on it is #133436 in case it's relevant. Or in case you can speed that one up also.

Thanks for any help.

Only advice we can give is to create a support ticket, and include more information such as what you are doing when this happens, where you are playing, what you are clicking on, etc. PT4 rarely crashes, so we need to know specifics to be able to reproduce this. Please follow the instructions in the guide below, include your pokertracker4.log and pokertrakerhud4.log files as explained in the instructions.

Please follow these instructions for submitting a Support Ticket.

If an issue is escalated to our Q&A team that means additional research is necessary. We just completed some of these tests and sent you a response.

Your other issue will take some time before we can respond because we cannot duplicate it here, we think it may be caused by something in your computer. At your convenience please respond by reproducing the issue again, and then attach the pokertracker4.log for us to review

Please follow these instructions for attaching your pokertracker4.log file to a support ticket.

I have responded. I performed another test with the same results, both before and after checking the suggestions made (which were all set as they should be).

I also attached the pt4.log file.

Thanks for any help.

We only want happy customers. If you are not satisfied with our product or service then I suggest that you request a refund. We offer a 15 day money back guarantee.

With that said, all of your problems have been caused by your impatience to let us help you. Within an hours time frame, you posted several times and proceeded to attempt to fix an issue by making the problem worse. We monitor this thread very closely; however, we cannot respond within minutes 24x7.

At this point, we believe that problem that you created for yourself is too difficult to resolve via a public support thread therefore we requested for you to contact us via our private support system so that we could offer you a personalized support experience and resolve your issue quickly; either via our support system or quite possibly by setting up a remote assistance session.

Did you create a support ticket as suggested earlier and provide us with the log files requested? I cannot find any support tickets submitted by you about the problems that you are having. If you do not submit a support ticket then it's literally impossible for us to help you. Try fixing someone's computer without being able to view it or have a log file detailing what happened -- it's impossible.

Please create a support ticket and either request a refund or provide us with the files requested so that we can troubleshoot the issue you created.

Best regards,

Derek

Contrary to mg0698's most recent post, I recently switched to PT4 and think it is well worth the money. Any problems I have had with the software have been quickly addressed by support. For the most part, it has run smoothly and is easy to use.

We hear you, and we just spent three days discussing the virtues of your suggestion. Thanks for the input, we have made quite a few internal notes thanks to your post!

  1. From any Overview report, drill down to the tournament level to select the tournamnt you wish to review. It may help to group by date, and then drill down to find the tournament.
  2. Double click the selected tournamrnt to see the hands for that tournament
  3. Display all of the hands
  4. If you are not sure that this is the tournament you want to review, you can verified that you tagged some hands in this tournament by using the TAG menu to select the tags you assigned, this will wilter to only show the tagged hands. Or you can use the Show Marked Hands Only checkbox, this will filter to only show tagged or hands with notes - the icon at the start of the hand in the Marked column should help you see the difference between the two. Now deselect the Tag/Marked Hands filters in the report header so you see all of the hands played in that tournament again.
  5. OPTIONAL PRO TIP: To set the order of the hands so they play from first to last, click the Hand # column to set the sorting order. You may have to click this twice depending on your settings.
  6. Right click in this report, then select Replay All Hands in Report

Pro Tip: You may find it helpful to filter to only show tournaments that have hands which have have been tagged, this will help you find the right tournaments quicker. Select the tournament, and view all the hands - then disable the filter and continue as above.

I was looking for this, thanks.
I play hyper turbos and it would take ages to find the tournament manually

^Is there any way to export the tournament in a HH, i can only get 1 hand to export to a HH.
I know that I can do it through database->export hands, but i can't set the filter for tournaments with marked hands there

P.S.

This way doesn't work because as you disable the filter it sends you back and you're back to start, I do it by right clicking on the tournaments with the marked hands, edit tournaments->hands->replay hands

No, not a level. But as every good card player knows, they shouldn't disclose their hand before showdown ;-)

In the list of hands for the tournament, click CTRL-A to highlight all of the hands, then right click and select Export Hand History. This will export both the hand histories for the tournament, as well as the tournament summary.

ok. you got my attention. pls don't forget, whenever the "showdown" is reached, to give me a hint about what was about... (even if the final outcome will be apparently not-related with my idea)

We anticipate that it will be within the next 2 months when our users first get to try the Mac OS X version of PokerTracker 4. This is a prediction, if things go well it could be sooner, if things go poorly during testing it could take longer.

I post something no one responds in almost 6 hours.... Is that not enough time? I just fix it my self in that time, because I can't wait 6 hours for a response, people have to work.

Most of my problems should have been an easy fix for you, even for a noob like me I eventually get it.

I seem to remember somebody on the zoom thread saying you can get the whole history of a particular hand even if you fold early in it and leave the table before the hand is finished.

I'm using the trial version of PT4 at the moment and am considering buying the small stakes version. The trial version isn't getting the whole zoom hand history when I fold early.

Can somebody confirm for me that the paid version is able to get the whole hand history whether I fold early or not, please? Or is there a setting I have missed on the poker stars client itself? Or did I completely misunderstand the comments and you can't get the whole history of an early-folded hand in zoom?
