Lock Poker for Windows is not autodetected, you must manually detect the hand history folder. Lock Poker for OSX is not supported (this is a PT4 thread so I assume you are discussing Windows but I could be wrong). Lock Poker for OSX is not supported because we only support the Revolution 2.x poker client, and Lock Poker is really the 1.x Windows client wrapped in a translation layer to allow it to be used on OSX.

We did not include this option in PT4 because we could not see the usefulness of this functionality for the majority of users (most people are more concerned with place in a tourna,ent than time spent). It is a very rare request - but for those of you who need it, it is not at all hard to determine with one manual mathematical equation. Filter to the specific tournament type. Something seems very wrong with this release. Tournament results (Stars HUSNG) are all messed up. 18 games yesterday, 178 wins, 121 losses.

Dave - send us a report with logs & screen shot asap - along with as many Hyper-Turbo SNG examples you (or anyone else) can provide . We need to see more evidence to get to the bottom of your issue, we cannot duplicate it yet but we know you are not the only one with this problem, it was reported by someone else as well.

It is Thanksgiving so many of our staff are off the next two days, but some are still working - they all know to make investigating your issue a priority.

Ticket sent: #130274. I did indeed make sure it wasn't a database issue, by creating a new one, which still exhibited the errors, but was fine once downgrading to 4.05.5

We can confirm this issue was introduced in the new beta released today, but we are still working to determine what the cause is and why so few people are affected. We are leaning towards a possibility that this may be due to a custom stat that is conflicting, but we are not positive yet. In the meantime if you need a temporary graphing resolution then you can downgrade to the prior beta here.

Oat - We need to know which specific tournaments are causing your graphs to be off, and also if you have any custom stats or unique Postgres settings. My results and graph are being off too (Super Turbo HUSNGs on FullTilt, no custom stats or postgree settings)

Experiencing difficulties with PT4 HUD.

For some reason I can't seem to get my custom built HUD to appear. I can get the default HUD's to show. But, that's not what I want. I don't get it. It was working fine earlier today and now it's not. When I change the profile from one of the defaults to my own custom HUD, the stat boxes just disappear until I go back to a default. I've even tried creating a new HUD with only a couple of stats but it still won't appear.

Anyone know what is causing this and how I can fix it?

We're aware of a problem in the display of tournament graphs and reports for some users and are working on a fix for this.


Without knowing what is in your custom Hud profile it's hard to say what the problem is.
Please export your Hud profile and attach it to a Support Ticket on the PokerTracker website so that we can look into this for you.

Just downloaded latest beta version - How come a guy showed up at my table and his hud was red, instead of black like all the other ones? Also, I can't seem to remember how to look at my results (how much I won or lost) hand by hand (like QQ or JJ, etc.) in the statistics. I think pt3 was a little easier to navigate, but I'm sure I need to spend some more time with the tutorials. Anyway, thanks again for your help and Happy Thanksgiving!

The majority of tournaments is HUSNGs, but my lifetime graph is off which includes 6max sngs. The Today filter is way off, which includes exclusively HUSNG tournaments, a combination of hypers and turbos.
I have no unique postgres settings, not sure about custom stats, i use a custom HUD if this is what you mean

Just done the new update and graphs are way off for results in the 18 and 45 man turbo and hud now cuts out working half way through a session.
and imports MTTsngs wrong as named games?

We found the cause of the graphing bug that is affecting some, but not all users in 4.05.6. We are coding the fix now, and we may be able to get it released as quickly as Friday if our fix works as expected. If the fix requires more work, then it could take an extra day or two - but right now Friday is our hope.

Thank for being patient while we fix this issue. For those of you who have installed 4.05.6 that do not mind the graphing bug or that are not affected, you can continue to use 4.05.6 safely. For those of you who were affected by this bug it is safe to downgrade to the prior 4.05.5 beta (and only this version - do not install the "stable" release) temporarily until a fix is released. Not sure how to read this, but it would seem that my aliased heros now start populating the player list when I play with those nicks. I used to have my main alias there only.

Is it standard for graphs and reports to take soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long to load?

I've just upgraded frpm PT3 to PT4, and when I refresh my daily graph (5k hands) it takes 1 min 45 sec! (Fast PC, blah, blah, etc.)
