This looks like a bug in your HUD design. Please create a support ticket, export the HUD profile, and attach it to the ticket for us, we will take a look to see what is wrong for you.

difference between attempt to steal and attempt to steal - LP ?

Attempt to Steal includes open-raises from the cutoff, button and small blind. The LP (late position) version does not include the small blind, only cutoff and button open-raises.

I don't suppose PT4 works with Bovada, does it? I realize the tables are all anonymous, I just didn't know if we could track our own stats or not.

The Mac OS X version of PT4 is in alpha development right now, we expect to have a beta release before the end of the year.

Kinda bummed, your website refuses to let me into my account, and I cant email support if im not within the system. Given my date of purchase of pt3 I was supposed to get access to pt4, but cant seem to figure a way to get my hands on a permanent pt4 registration code. I thought the one I was using was, but it seems it is a temporary/trial one which happens to be really annoying ever since august 11th and the limited import period feature.

It can't be that complicated to have one person answer a support email adress when you sell products for ~100$ a pop.

resetting the password did help, i managed to reg my new pt4 code. Sorry I came off as irritated, been dealing with a ton of minor bugs like this the last week, it just sucks when it feels like thats all you do.

I still believe someone should be able to reply/send an email directly to your support@ email. I'm sure not everyone remembers their pt3/pt4 password and it can be slightly annoying to have to search for it when you email account is already linked anyways.

Is there a way to filter out 4 handed play? I am starting to get inaccurate PFR stats because naturally you raise more 4 handed than you do 9 handed. This is for tournament play.

Yes, you can do this via the Number of Players filter in the Hud -> Edit Hud Options window. PokerTracker goes down the list there and the first range that matches the number of players on the table is the range of stats you get.

So for example if you wanted 8 to 9 handed data when 8 or 9 handed you could put in a range of 8 to 9. If you wanted 7 to 8 handed data when 7 handed you can then add a range of 7 to 8 - since the 8 to 9 gets hit first that's what you'd see 8 handed, but once it drops to 7 you'll get 7 to 8 handed data only.

I just downloaded PT4, but can't get it to recognize Lock Poker.

I can only get to my HHs if I go through Lock Poker. I cannot get to them by searching through files on my computer. The box to change where HHs are sent it grey'd out and unclickable on Lock...

I think I may have figured it out....had to move the HHs to a new folder I saved on my desktop.

lol nevermind, i got it to import 2 hands i played earlier. can't get it to track while playing right now...and after stopping cant get it to import the few hands i played. i guess those hands and randomly sent into outer space or something.

don't understand how ******ed .02-.04 players can get PT4 to work flawlessly yet im drawing dead in that department. it's just so damn sick.

Sounds like you should contact Lock's support department, looks like a bug in their poker client. They give good help on twitter I hear, hope you are successful!

Does it switch automatically when the table drops to 7 players or do I have to switch it manually? And I am looking at the HUD edit options now. Where it says Number of players filtered.. would I put 5-9, and than 2-4 to the list? Thanks for the help

Click on the video icon on the bottom of the HUD Options Configuration window, and select the HUD Options Tutorial. This tutorial will guide you to adding your own settings in the number of players filtered HUD Option.\

A few more questions on this topic. I cant figure out how they are calculated exactly. An example:

180 players SNG, 5 left (myself included), the stats are:

V1: VPIP 20 (5/25) PFR 18.18 (4/22) over 26 hands
V2: VPIP 24 (6/25) PFR 14.29 (3/21) over 27 hands
V3: VPIP 25.81 (8/31) PFR 17.24 (5/29) over 32 hands
V4: VPIP 7.41 (2/27) PFR 4 (1/25) over 27 hands (This SNG)
VPIP 11.49 (10/87) PFR 10.39 (8/77) over 87 hands (Lifetime)

Table AVG: VPIP 20.33 PFR 15.02 (Value)
VPIP 19.30 PFR 13.43 (This Session)

(1) Why are there two different Average stats? Isnt this SNG the session itself?

(2) If I calculate the table Average VPIP (using the session stats of Villian 4, I guess that how its calculated?), I get: 0.19444 (21/108). Doesnt computer to either 0.2033 or 0.1930. Why is that so?

I am really confused...

Now for the PT4 RTM Final version, there isn't any discount for beta-testers ?

Is it possible to filter for hands played against a specific villian?

I want to look specifically at blind battles eg Im in SB and raise first in against a specific villian in BB ?
