what's the trick to getting the HuD to pop up on the hand replayer? I looked in the user guide under basic HUD use but I didn't see anything.

The Hud should appear if you enable the "Show Hud" option at the bottom center of the PT3 Replayer - there's nothing else to set up.

(If you're using PT4, enable the Hud via the Options button menu on the Replayer.)

Is PT3 fully funcitonal with the new FTP now? Just checking before I start messing with stuff if it isn't working. I downloaded the new version (3.12 I think it is?) hoping that it was updated for the site. Thanks for the help!

You will need to update to the latest version (v3.13.12 Beta) which was released to address the changes in the new Full Tilt software.

There are still a few tournament types where the buy-in and/or results are not imported correctly and we're fixing those as we become aware of them.

Hi,

Ive made a seperate HUD for omaha and holdem (holdem is under cash default). When I click on the omaha one to try and use it, it says HUD is not working check your settings and it doesn't work. What should I do?

Is it just me or I don't get HUD stats for me while I get for all the other players? Using latest beta.

Where are you playing? What game type? Have you tried with a new database to see if that solves the issue?

PT3 All-in EV:

Had a couple of 100BB effective all-ins pre today which I lost where I was an 80/20 favourite. On my graph though, the all-in EV line dropped by (it appears) 100BB (in line with the profit/loss line) instead of increasing by 60BB.

Any explanation for this?

We need more information, such as the type of game you were playing and the poker room. We would also need to see the specific hands, your logs and a screen capture of the graph to figure out what is happening. I apologize. I forgot to mention I was referring to Rush MTT SNG. As far as I remember, other tournament types I can see my HUD stats.

PT3 All-in EV:

Had a couple of 100BB effective all-ins pre today which I lost where I was an 80/20 favourite. On my graph though, the all-in EV line dropped by (it appears) 100BB (in line with the profit/loss line) instead of increasing by 60BB.

Any explanation for this?

Please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce this problem and attach your PokerTracker.log and hand history file to a support ticket on our website so that we can look into this more effectively for you. You can find your log file in C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\ - it's the text file called PokerTracker that lives there.

This can happen if there is a third player who called your all in who later folded - we can't calculate luck adjusted results in that case because there was a player with equity who later surrendered it and we can't know how to assign it. In those cases we always use the actual amount won instead. If that didn't happen, please do send us the original hand via our support system so that we can look into the specifics more - if this is a bug, we will need the example to make sure it gets fixed properly.

Ok so i'm sure this has been asked a million times(and yes I did search) but i'm trying to put all my PT3 HH's on my macbook onto a flash drive to import into HEM on my desktop. I went database>database managment> export. When I look at my flash drive I see that a a file has been created but it is empty. Not sure what to do now.

1) Poor choice of a desktop app, switch to PT4 ;-) The 70% or greater discount for PT3 users to upgrade to PT4 ends next week!

2) You must select the hands first (shift-click to select a range).

I'm having trouble importing some of my True Poker hh's. They sent me a .rar version and I extracted them as text and tried to import but it didn't work. I'm using v3.13.11 beta

We only support True Poker hans extracted from their .DAT file format, we do not know if the format sent by support matches this format. If they sent text files, then that is a format we do not support at this time.

Hi how do you view hands you've marked for review? Everywhere I'velooked says to go to the sessions tab but my poker tracker doesn't have a sessions tab...

PokerTracker 4 has a fully integrated solution for reviewing marked hands, I believe that is why you hear others discussing the session tab in regards to Marked Hands. in PokerTracker 3 this requires a custom report with a filter that looks for marked hands. I have problem with stats like for e.g. C.bet on flop, Total AF, W$SD, Float Turn and lot of other stats

Hud shows me NA even if I have played more than 200 hands with a player. Is it only for trial or is it problem with my software?

That shouldn't be affected by the trial at all. Is it showing the correct number of hands for the player? It is possible that you have a Hud filter option enabled which is reducing the amount of hands used for the stats, but if you open a support ticket on the PokerTracker website we'll be able to help you figure out what the problem is.

The Hud finds the table window based on the tournament name given in the hand histories. If there is a difference between the two then it won't be found automatically. As long as they match there should be no problem. If there is not a match then the error is caused by Merge... and it is something they will need to (and want to) fix. Contact your Merge skin's support representative if you find that this is the case and have then notify the network, if not then send us a screen capture of your table along with the hand histories in a support ticket so we can investigate further.

I am trying to move my database from one computer to another. However, I would prefer to only move the hand histories and notes from 2 sites that I play on, instead of moving the whole database.

I searched around the user's manual & looked around the FAQ's but I could not find any information on this.
