Today, for the 2nd time, it seems as if my Eurobet (Ongame) database got deleted (or well, the name stays but all the hh's are gone and the filze size bcomes minimal) which cause PT3 to miss maybe 30-100 hands. Oh well, but a more worrying thing is that when I now go to the Cash Games tab and "General", I get the following red text:" Unable to login to database (PT3 DB). Reason: server closed the connection unexpectedly This probably means the server terminated abnormally or while processing the request." I haven't touched anything since I know nothing about databases. Any idea what could cause this and how to fix it?

This exact thing is happening to me now. If I kill the process and try to rerun it, the same thing happens.

Try restarting the database server: Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Start Services and see if that helps.

Open C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\Config\PokerTracker.cfg in notepad and change the line: "MinimizeToTray=Y" to "MinimizeToTray=N".

If this doesn't resolve your problem under the [WindowInfo] section change "MainMaximized" to N, and set MainPos to something like "10,10" and MainSize to "800,600", so it would look like this:

MainMaximized=N
MainPos=10,10
MainSize=800,600

and see if that helps.

If none of this helps, please enable logging by editing that same .cfg file and changing Logging=N to Logging=Y and save and restart PT3 and then give it 5 minutes to attempt to appear. If it doesn't, then submit the PokerTracker.log file (located in the PT3 root directory, not the log subdirectory) to a support ticket and reference your post and we will look into it further at that time.

I did what I always do and restarted the computer and that seemed to fix it ;x. But I guess I can try that if the problem occurs agains.

Restarting the computer should restart the database server as well. But just restarting the server takes less time and is much less annoying . . .

OnGame has a later server time than IPoker and the OnGame hands were ALL played after the IPoker hands, yet PT gets it the other way around.

PT3 should be working out the local time that you actually played the hands. If it's not working it out correctly, please attach one of the hand histories to a ticket on the Support system and tell us what local time you actually played it, and what time zone you're in, etc.

I get random pure virtual call errors when I'm autoimporting and using the HUD, this kills PT3. Any ideas how I can solve this?

What version of PT3 are you using? I haven't seen any pure virtual errors for ages now..

A bug related to the graphs has been fixed for the next release, but I'm not sure exactly what the issue was.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the
Support system , and attach that image too.

Yes, the bug with the BB/hands graph when filters were active has been fixed for the next Beta.
