We're not in any danger of going out of business. After giving pre-release versions of what will be beta 16 to some users who were having MAJOR problems, I'm pretty confident that beta 16 will solve just about all the Hud problems users are having and we can get back on track with adding features.
Also, I think you are way overestimating the number of users these bugs are affecting. I still stand by my statement that only a very small percentage of users were more than mildly inconvenienced by any Hud problems. Unfortunately for us, a large part of that small percentage are 2+2ers (the 10+ tablers with massive databases), and 2+2ers aren't known for holding back their thoughts and frustrations (not a bad thing) so you really heard about the problems.

It seems that the stats aren't movable on the table so right now they're hanging over the left and right sides. That's a major problem for multi-tabling. Also I am used to looking for a certain stat at a certain place. I can't find how to display table VPIP or table AVG pot, or table agression factor, nor can I find help in the documentation. On top of that the font isn't easy to read at all. I have a 2001fp, but I have to squint to read the stats-especially seat 6 (9 handed) whose stats appear over the notes. I can't even make that out.
Maybe I'm just a person who doesn't like change and once I get used to things I'll be happy. It's probably just things that I have to work on configuring, but so far I see I have about 5 hours of work ahead of me figuring this out......or maybe I'll just install HM and see if it's easier/better.
We have a lot of documentation on our site, including a quick start guide to get you up and running fast. See:

Currently there is no Mac version, though we have plenty of users running it on a Mac using VM software.

congratulations guys on the great product
Would you rather I released two weeks ago and you received more bugs, or would you rather I wait until most of the known bugs are fixed? Two weeks ago there were still users having major problems. All the reports coming back now are positive.
Question for you and others who share your attitude (assuming your post was sarcastic): If the next release resolves your problems and over the next couple of months we pump out the features we've promised, are you still going to have a grudge against us? If we clearly surpass the competition, are you still going to use their software? Just curious. I'd like to think all the effort we've put in to improve your experience will mean something. Despite what you might think, we have been working hard to fix things and we will continue to do so.
