I'm assuming there will be a fix and no problem, but is it possible to delete hands and reimport them so our databases are ok?

same problem here...

I thought it's only me, but seems like the problem is widespread. It's worth mentioning, that this bug applies only to hands that went to showdown. My non-sd seems fine.

Just playing a session at the moment and everytime I win a hand PT3 marks it as a losing hand.

I have already done all the housekeeping stuff within PT3 to no avail, will try downloading latest version I think I have 3.18 beta or something, but will try to download the latest version when I finish my session.

Has this happened to anyone before? if so how did they resolve it...

This was just posted on our support forums minutes ago:

PokerStars made an internal change to their hand histories in the past few hours and by doing this introduced a bug where the hand history is listing the winning player and amount as losing the hand therefore PokerTracker is going to import these "winning" hands as losses (how they are defined in the buggy hand history).

PokerStars is aware of this problem and are working to get a fix out as soon as possible. In the mean time, please make sure that you are using the latest beta version, linked below so that you are ready for when PokerStars fixes the bug they introduced in their hand histories.

Best regards,

Derek

Additionally we should note that PokerStars has acknowledged that they are investigating the issue in this thread: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...20&postcount=5

If you request your hh's directly from them, they appear to be correct. Somebody at stars HQ for the high jump!

How do I delete the session of today ?
02-02-2012 , 07:26 PM
Ran into a problem today which I can't quite figure out and Google has provided no help.

All my $$ HHs are being reported as losing regardless of the outcome of the pot. I'll watch myself take down the pot, but then the amount I should have won flashes up red. It shows up accordingly in the session history and as well on the graph.

Any ideas? I was reviewing after and it kinda defeats the point if everything shows up as a loser!

Hopefully this is somewhat clear, not sure how much more info I can give. I'm using v3.11.7 beta.
02-02-2012 , 07:36 PM
Attention PokerStars Players: We just released a new beta which will fix the bug in the PokerStars hand histories which mark the winner of the hand as the loser incorrectly. Although this is a PokerStars Bug, we thought it would be in the best interest if the PokerTracker community to create a patch on our end to help solve your problems. Please visit the PokerTracker home page to download the new Beta 3.11.9.

Due to the rules of this forum we cannot post a link to our home page - however that should not be too hard to figure out.

For those of you who played on PokerStars today, you must purge the sessions and reimport the hands to assure the correct data has been imported. Good luck!
