CLIFFS: HUD works for Tilt, not Stars. Getting an error that says 'Preferred seat for this table size not set'

TT_fold's problem was sorted out through email.

For the record for other people, the problem was that PokerStars.FR was also installed. If you have more than one version of PokerStars installed, you need to set your preferred seats on all versions.

The number of hands per stake level is messed up. In the stake level summary it says I have played 7,000 hands at one level but I have actually only played a few hundred. Is this a common issue?

This is the first I heard of this problem. If you double-click on that stake level with 7,000 hands you can see the hands that it thinks are at that level. Can you do this and have quick look through the hands to see if some of them look like they are the wrong level?

Please add resteal stats and turn cbet to the HUD. Also it would be nice to add position stats to HUD. The higher I move up the more I need these stats. I cannot stress this enough, these stats are super important.

Steve Ive add issues with my copilot, minor problems im sure can be resolved.

First at somepoint my hud showed everyone stats except for the player to my right even though we had played plenty of hands together. On other tables i could see that seat's stats.
At one of my tables, for no apparent reason the hud started setting to 10player table by default even though it was a 9 player.
Also I've accidently clicked on reset filters and apparently lost all my data, is there any way to retrieve it?

starting to get irritating, everything worked fine for 3 days and now im spending more time trying to fix my hud them playing my tables. for some reasons my hud just doesnt show anymore even if its enabled?

Not getting all-in EV for merge network readings for Tournament games since updating. Any help would be appreciated, one of the features I like most about this software

Unfortunately hasn't been working on the latest updates, assume merge HH's aren't the easiest to work with considering they're xml files lol. If you're ever able to get it working again though, would greatly appreciate it!

What kind of stats is available to show on the HUD right now?

Very thin in my opinion....

You can set up your HUD only on a single block of 4 column by 3 rows.

Ex. my HUD:
VPiP - PFR - AF - #hands
CPFR - CBET - FCBET - BSA
WwS - WtS - WaS - FBSA

Other remarks on HUD options:

You can set statistics labels on front, but you can't customise it. So it's like on or off.

There are player icons you can set up according to villains stats. Its a pain in the ass as you have to type in the range yourself like: 3b < 5 and vpip > 15 and vpip < 25 and pfr >= 10 and pfr < 25

You can set colors on your stats depending on values, BUT it only works for the stats which are only on %.

You can't set the opacity of your HUD, so it's always dark-grey.

No note-taking on the software.

No options to pop-up (There's only one popup on the HUD, that's when you mouse-click on the HUD during game, and the screenshot above comes up with the statvalues.

Too much to mention how this software is slacking off compared to competition software like Pokertracker 3, which is available for Mac.

I'm a long time user of PCP2. it's been on the market for more than 1 year now. As time pass by I more and more believe PCP2 isn't doing enough to really compete with the standards (HEM & PT3)...

If I had the chance to choose for tracking software on the Mac, I would go for PT3 (upgrade to PT4). More stats, more convenient sharing stats and reviews and such. Compare it to Microsoft Office for Mac vs. iWork. Sure you can type things out on Pages, but still, the standard is .docx, Word. You can't get away from PC based software as it's what 'everyone' uses.
As for now I'm really considering buying a Windows based laptop for only pokerplaying where I'll probably go for HEM...

Anyways, PM me if you have some questions or want me to give a more extent 'review' on PCP2.

Does Poker Copilot support PKR as of yet?

I'm just looking for it to take HHs and produce graphs for my cash sessions. Not so interested in the HUD working properly, mainly after graphs.

I'm on the last days of the trial period and so far I've had troubles getting the bankroll to work correctly... I'm on PS, tried changing the date and the amount in the software, but still never showing the correct amount...

Dear Steve I have been having issues tracking my wins/losses on Carbon poker. It says I am winning much more money than I am. I have also read other people using the merge gaming network having issues with this. Has there been any other reports of this or resolutions known to this problem? Any info anyone has would be awesome!

Is this just in recent weeks that you had incorrect wins/losses tracking on Carbon Poker? If so, this is a problem that will be fixed in today's update.

Otherwise, can you please send me the raw text of the hand history for a hand in which the amount won is wrong reported?

Im not wardance but here is an example.


Villain (starts hand with $100) raises $20
Hero (starts hand with $500) raises $500 and is all-in.
Villain calls $80 and is all-in.

If villain wins the pot it will say:

Villain wins Pot $200
Hero wins pot $400

That is whats left over after I go all-in. The hand history says I won it, but I only got it back.
