PlaceMint: Window Positioning Tool - Page 110 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I have 4 stacks on stars and was wondering if there was a way to place 1 table in each stack at a time instead of one stack filling to 6 tables, then moving to the next stack to fill.

If I open 4 tables, I want 1 table in each stack instead of 4 tables in 1 stack. Can I do this without cloning the slots and having 24 slots for each individual table? Thank you.

help! i just switched to my notebook, as i am traveling, i copied my configuration as usual, but for whatever reason it has a very very strange behaviour.

as soon as i start placemint, each table activates itself automatically all the time. so its like a blinking light with each tables (as tableninja makes the border red).

as soon as i end placemint (which isnt even possible that easy, because as soon as i click on any window the table windows get activated again automatically, so i need to do it via task manager), it works again.

never had this problem altough i did copy my config file a lot.

update

new download of PM and all files didnt help, ending tableninja didnt help

... with placemint ?

I want them to automaticcaly move to a predefined space when I load them.

You will need a regular expression for each. Follow the instructions for adding support for a program. The PokerStars lobby is already supported in the regex list you can download from the website.

I got placemint working great for 6-max but I've been 3-tabling HU sngs. I like to have my notes out but what is happening is when a tourney ends one of the notes windows gets blown up and takes the tourney spot. Will placement differentiate between notes windows, lobbies and game tables so I can have everything in its place?

i have the problem that the not all tables on party poker works with placemint
the tables with no disconnect protection dont work with placemint, but the normal tables works...

Delete the PlaceMint_settings.config file and restart PlaceMint.

I'm trying to create regular expressions for pokerstars 45man turbos. I want one expression for blind levels 10/20 up to 25/50 and a second regular expression for when the blinds hit 50/100.

When creating the expression encompassing the 1st 3 blind levels do I need to explicitly list all 3 levels in the expression? Or can I just use the 10/20 level and tables will remain in that stack automatically until blinds match the criteria of my 2nd expression for the 50/100 level?

Also, can anyone help me with writing the above expressions, I've made some attempts so far but I'm getting nowhere.

Hi I've used Placemint for awhile on Stars and worked great. Now with recent developments trying to get it up and running on bodog and having a hell of a time. Ive searched throughout this thread and came across the 6max regex thing. But is there anyone out there I could just pay $20 to go step by step with me and get this up and running? Looked all over the project page as well can can not find instructions on how to get bodog up. I'm a computer dummy fyi

i follow the instruction but my problem on party poker is still there
at other sites i dont have any problems, but placemint dont recognize all party poker tables ( tables with no disconnects protection ) the other tables on party poker still works

Ya I should of been more clear. I have the latest regex list and it has bodog cash games on it. I can get bodog cash running smooth. Its tournaments and Sit and Gos I can't. I can go through and i.d. grab every SNG, Tourny I see and post here but I bet someone already has an expression or solution for this. The cash games was zero problem though because the expression was in the list.

So really does anyone have a bodog tourny regex?

You need to match all blind levels that you intend to use the group for.
Yes, I can help you write expressions. Follow the instruction on how to fix regex support and then give details about what levels you are trying to partition in what ways.

Check the link above and I can help you get Bodog working. The easiest way to get an expression is to post a list of tournament window titles.

The instructions tell you to post a list window titles that are not being matched by the expression you are using and the expression you are using. You have not done that.

Thanks IrishThug, I have the latest regex list installed. I play the 45 man turbo sngs at pokerstars and I'd like to have 3 stacks defined by regular expressions as follows:

Stack 1 - Blind levels 10/20, 15/30, 25/50
Stack 2 - Blind levels 50/100, 100/200
Stack 3 - 100/200/25+ basically once antes kick in tables move to this stack

I'd also like a 4th stack that I can move tables to manually myself (final table stack)

I presume I need to create a new regular expression for stack 1,2 & 3 by altering the predefined pokerstars sng regular expression below? I'm just having trouble writing the new expressions.

If a window is already open on the slot1 group1, is it possible if you open a window to another group, that it's positioned in the slot2 group2??

Groups are completely independent. So much so that group 2 doesn't know that it is group 2 and there are other groups. You can use multiple expression for one group and then have two kinds of windows be controlled by the same group.

For cake the sng window title looks like:

I've tried making adjustments to the listed value but haven't been able to make it work.

The code for fulltilt isnt working properly for me anymore for more than a week. It still recognizes the tables in the list but it wont resize or place it into the grid. I used the new code you posted above and it still didnt fix it. Any idea how I can get it to work properly again?
