I'll watch the hand happen. A player raises so he should be 100/100. Instead it only tracks my hand keeps everyone else's hand at 0. Was happening in sngs. This was also about 3 updates now (.66~)

Using 2.06.8, I had one instance where I played limped pot, bet/called three way flop, ck folded turn, then all of my huds completely stopped working, but some hands are still importing. However, some of the imported hands are now duplicated as many as 14 times in HEM.

Edit: I closed out of Bovada and HEM and when I reopened HEM all the duplicates were gone

The stats are moving around after each hand. I use a 2-panel HUD and they're mismatched from each player.

ex: Seat 3 has one panel from Seat 5, and one from Seat 6. They're switching, I think after a new player joins a table.

This was fixed in this last build.

Can you click on create logs in settings on the catcher and send them to support please. We're not seeing any of these issues obviously, so need to see your logs.

New Bovada Card Catcher update 2.06.9 beta:
This one addresses the people who were having some crashes with intermittent connection issues.

http://acepokersolutions.com/poker-s...up_v2.06.9.exe

- Disconnect crash fixes.
- MTT new player stat reset fix.
- Preferred seating fixed in MTTs.
- Determine PT4 version and recommend updates on older version (too old and HUD will not launch).
- Fixed issue when HUD won't launch if tournament name starts with No Limit Hold'em.
- Fixed issue when first hand might be skipped.
- Fixed issue when bcc stops catching.
- Fixed issue then players stats are reset only after next hand (new player sits up and during one hand HUD shows stats of previous player).
- Added link to folder with log in log creation dialog.

Just played my first session in weeks since the big update.

BCC 2.06.8
PT4 4.14.4

The catcher missed a bunch of hands. 87 errors in 1,817 hands (mostly invalid pot size errors). My result is pretty far off from what PT4 says. Played a bunch of LHE 6max.

I know my PT4 is slightly old but it's the final version before the Stars HUD limitations. I still prefer using BCC under Stars mode since iPoker is really buggy for me.

I'm not sure, but are all the import bug fixes moving forward for iPoker hands? If Stars mode is gonna be left in the dark I'll do what I can to debug my iPoker situation. Hands import but the HUD is all over the place depending on how many players are seated.

Really impressed with the speed of this rollout though. Nice job. In some respects the client actually seems a bit more stable than it used to be. But again I only started back up today.

There must still be something going on though and I'll let you know what we find. Thanks for offering TV session!
So I seemed to have solved the problem for me with BCC stopping catching. Looks like one or both of these things did it:
1) (I say this shamefully) I'm not sure, but I might not have had HEM2 setup to use the Hero iPoker user. I made sure it was set after the reinstall mentioned below.
2) (a little more big hammer style) I used Revo Uninstaller to uninstall BCC, HEM2, and Postgres SQL. I then rebooted and deleted any HEM2 related folders under:
- C:\
- C:\Users\<your username>\appdata\roaming
- C:\Users\<your username>\appdata\local
- C:\Program Files
- C:\Program Files (x86)

I then installed latest Postgres (9.5 I think), latest HEM2 (and imported my backup), and beta BCC posted in this thread.

Now it seems to work fine. Hope this info is helpful to other folks.....

Thanks for the feedback, but you're going to have errors w/ the PS mode. It's not being supported anymore. There's just no way we can support both methods across 3 platforms we have no control over. Just not sustainable. So you probably missed it, but you have to use iPoker mode. If you switch to that you'll have no errors. But you can expect errors w/ PS mode, and it's going to be removed here soon, so I'd just suggest migrating over. It's not buggy. The only issue is if you run your tables in Full screen mode, which very few people just run on table maximized.

Ok, that makes total sense. I wonder why the developer didn't notice your hero wasn't set in your HM config. But any ways, thanks for posting this. Glad you got it working!

I still haven't tried to revert back to ipoker mode due to the lack of hud appearing on tables (waiting for hands...) even though hands were being imported. Has this been fixed in the last few builds or do you still think this an issue for just a few select configurations?

Using BCC 2.06.9

I played a short HU PLO session and noticed I am missing 3 out of 79 hands. How can I prevent this or find these hands elsewhere?

It saves results in real time, so all hand data, graphs, filters, etc.. you can run on your database.

No it shouldn't be an issue. You just have to make sure you have ipoker setup correct. Have the HH directory set, set a player ID, and you'll be fine.

Is this in Pokerstars mode or ipoker? We've probably tested HU's PLO the least, so I can't say, but it shouldn't be missing hands. The only way you can get them is if you download them from bovada.

Let me know though. If you turn on logging in settings on the catcher, click create a log if you see it again, we can take a look at it. I don't know how much HU's PLO testing the guys have done honestly. I know they did PLO, limit, etc.. but probably not HU's since this update.

iPoker mode for HM2. Would you mind explaining the differences between PokerStars mode and iPoker?

Also, a brief explanation on how to get my missed hands from Bovada into HM2 (without the hand converter). I apologize of this has been covered before!

If you have preferred seating on, make sure you have the correct positions set on the card catcher and bovada.
This may be a dumb question,

but how do you know which seat number you're in on bovada?

Still having issues with getting huds lined up, and I have feeling that I have the wrong seat number on the bcc

This is how the program works for now. You need to have the catcher started before opening tables.
