The HUD isn't coming up and the tables aren't coming up in PT4, but the card catcher interface is recognizing that the table is loaded. It was working fine again last night so I'll try to find some pattern as to why it was messing up.

Double check your settings in the catcher. Make sure you have PT4 selected as your database. Double check your auto import folder for ipoker in PT4 and make sure that the card catcher directory is listed there. You can click on online manual for more information and scroll to PT4 setup section. It's going to be one of those two things though.

I got a new system and I tried to reset license page, but it's still saying no more activation allowed.

How can I get this license moved please?

I purchased the catcher and I can't seem to make it work with PT4, I think it's successfully caught 1/200 hands or so, the rest of them say things like:
Any help? I have preferred seating set up, not sure what else might be causing it

I think the main problem is most players are being stored as the same "P0_820654UG" (In my current tournament), which is obviously confusing to PT4

Are you opening multiple tables within the same tournament? Not sure why else it would do that. I haven't seen this error before. What version of PT4 are you running? You might have to send your logs to support. It shouldn't be doing this though. I get reports on all of the issues / errors for all products, and I haven't seen this since we've sold it, so I assume it's some kind of setting issue. I'd have to see a log though. It's a holiday weekend here and I'm not even in town, but I will have a support person in tomorrow and at least one developer. Let me know though, and just in case, just go to settings in the catcher, click create log, and send that zip file to support. They'll be able to tell a lot quicker the issue that way.

PT2? I don't think it will work w/ the HUD and PT2. We've done no testing with it. It only works with HM2 and PT4.

Does bovada card catcher work for mtts yet? If so does it track just the 1 table you are on or will it track that player throughout the whole tournament when your at different tables with them?

No, we haven't had any coupons on the card catcher.

Yes it works for MTT's, and it will track any players you play against at that tournament. If you play against them later when you're moved, it will maintain their stats. But it's just for that tournament. Most MTT's from Bovada will not report results, so you have to edit the MTT after if you cash, but you'll have all of your hands and all other pertinent information like buy-in, etc.

Yes, of course. We're working on it, but so far any work arounds cause a lot of screen re-draws/delays. Bovada provides none of this info, so it's not the easiest work around that will also provide a smooth environment.

I just got PT4 yesterday after two years with HEM2. I have everything configured and PT4 appears to be tracking my hands and tables but I do not see a HUD.

Does it still support Bovada?

Yes, it still supports bovada. Are you sure that for ipoker site, you have the card catcher directory setup? If you're seeing data come in, you should see the HUD. Maybe just standard reboot as well if you haven't already.

If it's not coming up, click on settings in the catcher, and click on create logs. Send that .zip file it creates to support and we can look at your setup.

But your versions are fine, and it should just come right up.

Just registered for cash games. Interface does not show that I am in trial any longer but when HUD comes up still shows Trial message. I have completely shutdown Bovada, CC and PT4 but still show Trial on HUD.

I got preferred seating set up for 6max tables so when I open new tables it automatically aligns hud in the correct seats. I opened a FR table and aligned HUDs over correct players. When I hit save layout it moved around all the HUDs for the 6max tables I already had opened. How do I align the FR tables without messing up the 6max ones?

Should I have autocenter selected in PT4?

Looks like it's working great with cash games. When playing an MTT it shows up under my Active Tables and I even get the "HUD profile loading" message as well but it just disappears. I have directories set up under the iPoker Network and PokerStars (PT4 runs Bovada as PS). I have set up multiple folders in both networks but I have no idea which one it's actually sending files to. As I said, it works great on cash tables and all of my tables on WPN.

I'll send the log to if I can't get it figured out today.

This is from PT4, because you on trial. Not from the card catcher.

No... just align and setup one format and then save. And then load the other one. If you have both open at the same time, PT gets confused w/ seat position. Just do one only, and then the other and you'll be set from that point forward.

You probably need to update, and you need to setup your PT4 as ipoker. It will not work under pokerstars reliably anymore. Plus with PS you are limited to 3 colors in your HUD and other things. That's why we moved to ipoker format 7 months ago or whenever that was.

Oh... Um. As Rosanne Rosannadanna would say, never mind.

When I setup the preferred seating in card catcher I clicked on the drop box for HU then selected my seat number, then six max, then FR. After I changed all 3 I hit save. When you do it this way I think it just saves the last one that you selected(FR). It would be easier if you didn't have to hit save after each. Took me a while to fig out what I had done wrong. Just a suggestion for future update. Thanks for the response.
