Does this address the HUD only showingnup on 3 tables and not 4?

Good... this update should work much better. If anyone does have any issues, please turn on logging in the settings on the catcher and send any logs. I did a good amount of testing this weekend, and it worked well for me on multiple systems and w/ our other testers.

Well, it did show on 4 for most people, but yes, this will address that.

How anyone plays mtts without preferred seating is insanity. Is there something I'm doing wrong on the ipoker setting ?

I'm having a bit of a problem.
1. I have the BCC Pokerstars mode unchecked
2. Site import options as Ipoker BCC/HH
3. Alias created
4. hands are being imported to my PT4 databas but my hud isn't being displayed.

There is one issue with MTTs and HM2. If I am playing two MTTs that both have the same guarantee, the HM2 table finder only has one table in the list and the HUD switches stats between the two MTTs with the same guarantee. Otherwise the hands import fine. I am using the iPoker setting.

Did you miss any big hands with this one?

Well then set preferred seating. You have to set it in the settings on the catcher and on Bovada. I mean this is the first MTT update since Bovada changed to it's new software (it's been out all of 3 hours), so we're working through whatever potential issues might come up. But suffice to say it worked fine before their update, and we'll get any issues worked out asap. Preferred seating should work though.

What version are you using of the catcher? What site? Bodog, Bovada, Bodog china?

I didn't, but this was a small test sample. That's something that was top of my list to check for though w/ the guys and developers. We had an example of this sent from customers w/ the previous build, but now we're handling data slightly differently. So if anyone does see this, please turn on logging in settings, and send any logs you have. I'm still having these guys run hands as we speak, but I haven't seen any dropped hands to this point.

I'm trying it for the first time midway through a MTT and get this error: "Please close all opened tables to start catcher." Is that normal now?

-I'm using Beta 5 on Bodog.eu, PT4 v4.13.1.
-I'm having the same issue. It is only an issue when in ipoker mode, when i click PS mode my HUD comes up on every table I bring up. I simply see "Hero" associated w PS in my "view stats" button on PT4. I never created an alias to do this, it was automatic and the HUD has always worked.
-To use the ipoker mode i first tried it without creating an alias just expecting the same automatic Hero that appeared in PT4 using PS mode. "Hero" associated with ipoker did come up, But the HUD never appeared. I could see Hands importing, view stats for this hero, active tables etc...no HUD though
-Next, I created an alias by finding "hero" in ipoker putting it with my normal ipoker name.
-I see the table in BCC
-I can see the hands importing into PT4 and associating w ipoker, I can view my stats, I can see active tables and I can view today's hands, but the HUD will still not appear.

Really at a loss, freakdaddy or any other users who have had a similar issue and solved it please help, Thank you!!

sorry didn't realize there was settings in card catcher to adjust preferred seating had a rough sleep bit out of it

Great job with the BCC comeback. So far today, 2.6.5 is down to zero errors for me over ~700 hands, until I had to take a break due to bovada lag.
