Yw... if you renewed, you shouldn't have a new license though. It may tell you what your previous license was in an email, but it just renews it automatically.

Just signed up for Ignition with HEM3 and Ignition Hand Grabber.

I have a HUD but no hands (other than 10) appear in my database.

Please help.

We sell a stand alone product that captures hands for ignition for huds that don't do this... hm3 now has capture for that site, so you need to contact them about their product.

Yeah, you're right. i renewed the one had and it attached to my new email(email i used to renew the serial key).

Hi , is there a way with HM2 and ICC to show the Hud and the known hole cards at showdown ? Because with the last version of HM2 the Hud works perfect but dont show in the hand replayer the known hole cards ( for example i bet river with AA , the other player calls and muck , this in the Bodog Hand histories show me the other player mucked cards ) . I read that in HM2 version 8079 this is solved , but with that version the HUD dont show in the tables ...

Ok, good... and yes, if you have player data under a different name you'll need to create an alias.

Yeah, lucky this was on ignition where you mainly track your results and it does not matter that the data of your opponents will not merge since the table is anonymous. cheers.

Yes, it's not going to merge any data in your hud, just in your database.

My card catcher doesnt work anymore, I always get this error.

Im using holdem manager 3 by pressing the HM2 button, thats how it used to work.

The tables show up on the list but its not writing the hand histories. BOL catcher working fine

You get that error if HM3 is open when you change the setup. But you should only have to do this once. Check your ignition settings in hm3, and also make sure their catcher is disabled.

There's no point of a HUD on zone because it's anonymous. The catcher tracks the hands, but a HUD is useless.

But I have the ICC and dont track zone poker hands... But regular tables track perfect. In the ICC dont show any zone tables open and in HM2 There are tracked zone hands

So are you using hm3? I don't understand your current setup. Zone is tracked, but again, you won't get a HUD because it's useless to have one on there.
