Ok, gotcha. They will check it then. There's no known issues w/ ICC, so not sure what it could be, but the log will provide the info they need. ty.

You need to click details, and then send that info to support and they can tell you what the issue is. I can't tell what the problem is from that screenshot.

You have to disable the h2n catcher, and I think you can only do it by closing its process in task manager.

Can the card catcher track my games if I start tracking in a middle of a tournament? just asking because one time when i was playing, power went out and had to continue the MTT on my laptop which at that time didnt have card catcher installed. If it had card catcher on it, can it track the table or i really need the card catcher open first before the MTT?

I followed all the steps on the page, reset the key, delete the hidden file,etc... and I entered the key again but it still doesn't take it, it marks "166 hs remaining".. not working..

Enter your serial key into this form and run it twice (just to be sure):

Re-register your product. If you're still having an issue, I'd contact support and either click on the details button on the blue form so they can see the error, or send your log file so they can see the exact error. Log file is here:

No. The format is slightly different in Hm3.

No ETA. It's not going to be a couple of hour fix like it often is. It's a major update to their encryption, so I can't say how long. The guys work hard and do their best and it will be posted when it's ready in here and as an auto update.
