Ok, those settings were correct. I also disabled Ignition Hand Grabber in PT4.

But I'm still having issues with the HUD not loading on a MTT table. It happens mostly after a rebuy but can also happen on a first rebuy on a later tourney etc.

Next time you have a rebuy situation where it doesn't show up, after your session, click on setting in the catcher. Click create log, and send the .zip file to support so they can check it. Rebuys work for most tournaments, but keep in mind PT4 changes things, and Ignition does, so we just need to see which specific one you're having an issue w/ because we don't have any known issues here that I'm aware of. ty.

In what format the card catcher catches the hands? PS or ipoker os something else?

Sry for the naive question, but why do you also sell a converter? Once the HUD is displayed that's means HHs are correctly imported into the tracker, so there's no need for a converter. What am I missing?

The card catcher grabs hands in real time so you can run a HUD and track your play. The hand converter allows you to import hands 24 hours after they've been played and they contain all opponents hole card data, which the catcher can't do.

Any possible fix for this problem? my friend is using H2N with Card Catcher, both the exact same versions, and isnt experiencing this problem

You need to disable h2n's beta ignition card catcher. The only way they have to do that is to load task manager and force close the ignition catcher of theirs.

Just played a quick session and I couldn't get card catcher to pick up any zone hands or read that I had any tables open. I restarted ICC, PT3 and Ignition multiple times with no success.

Playing another session Zone is no ICC is not finding that I have 2open tables of Zone, but my SNGs are popping up just fine.

pt3? Did you make sure that your zone table was loaded up, before you loaded your second one? You can't have two in the loading phase at the same time or it won't work. Two versions ago, igniton did an update that caused zone issues, but that was resolved and I have zero reports of problem with ICC or zone. Try and reboot and make sure you load one, then load the next and let me know.

you can use the coupon for any of their software. those coupon expire quick though. If its expire but unused, I suggest contacting support and request to reactivate it.

I haven't played zone since I first brought up the issue. Little to no issues with SNGs/MTTs. However trying to play zone now I bring up 1 table at a time and it still not catching hands. After a couple resets (open closing the table and restarting ICC I was able to get a zone table to start importing hands into PT4. ICC does not say I have any tables up when it does actually start importing.
