Yeah, here's an example. You're hu at a table and the other guy leaves so you are alone. A seat becomes free on another table. The software will automatically move you to that seat. However the hud won't work at new table (will keep displaying stats from the old table.... no update).

Have tried the current and a few different versions of pt4 with uninstall and reinstall hand grabber.

At best, no hud pops up and jackpot hands are registered as cash games. At worst, I ust get import errors.

Any help would be appreciated.

is anyone having issues logging in? I have placed the proper username and password and it wont even let me reset it. I have email support countless times throughout the day and have gotten no reply. anyone else having this issue?

So will it not be able to save hands from the same players just on different days? Like the stats will always start from ground zero with every player every session?

Hud not opening on tables. Sometimes it will work if I open and close and client a few times. But right now nothing I do will make the hud work.

Correct, you're playing on an anonymous site, so you're just tracking per session. the primary advantage is tracking your own data so you know results and can analyze. But even in game in long sessions, you can get enough of an idea about players that it makes a difference.

Wrong thread... but you need to update drivehud. Go to the forums or check the Drivehud forum above on 2+2.

Recently switched from PT4 to HM3.
I manually added the ignition card catcher hand history folder into the ipoker add site area in HM3.

I uninstalled then reinstalled the card catcher but it still won’t work.

Keeps saying ‘there has been an error setting up auto import folder for HM2’

Please help
