Yeah, that sucks. Do you have a lan connection you can use? I assume it's a wifi issue you're having w/ Bovada at the start?

I assume you agree... but ya, I think the number one thing is check preferred seating settings. Sometimes it's turned on in one place, but not in both and that causes issues.

I've been using the free trial for a few days now and it's been working great. HUDs in the right spots and its tracking all my tournament results. However I'm having an issue viewing the hands in PT4. I know it's catching them and storing the somewhere because the stats are there and in the import status on PT4 I see the hands coming through. My PT4 database is iPoker username hero as well. Can you give any insight into what I'm doing wrong? Great product by the way, I know this is prolly user error

Thanks, glad you're enjoying it. Are you in the Tournament section of PT4, and not the cash game portion? You have to click on that T button at the top in your view stats section to see your tourney results.

Bought the product and everything works fine except for when I go to track my results in PT4 it does not show my ITM %, ROI %, and number of cashes.

OP did you have any reports a little while back about the card catcher not working in MTTs anymore? I rarely play MTTs and its obviously something thats hard to test bc I can't just fire up an MTT table anytime but a while back the catcher just completely stopped working in tourneys. I have cash + tournament subscription. Just wondering if anyone else reported this.

MTT results will not automatically post. You'll have a HUD, all of your hands and buy-in posted, you have to manually add results. We're still looking into some work arounds, but nothing has worked so far. S&G's will post results as those are a set win amount depending on buy-in.

No, it works fine with MTT's. Maybe try updating though in case you have the pre-bovada update version. The latest version is here:

Sorry if this has been asked before, but in PT4 is there any way to have a "hero only" table group follow you around if you don't have preferred seating on? I want to cover my table stack amount with something else.

Maybe it was a late Sat. night, but I don't think I'm following. You want to turn preferred seating off, and change the hero name so that the HUD is positioned in different positions?

Payouts for 6-max turbos/hypers are recorded with 70/30 payouts in PT4 when Bovada uses 65/35.

I'm assuming this is because iPoker has a 70/30 payout for this structure and that is how PT4 categorizes them based on the HH. Any workaround for this?

My converted hh's are not recognized by the hand history converter on this forum... Is there a fix for this?

I got a new laptop and downloaded the card catcher using my license key. I also had to download hem2 using my license key. I previously had to roll back my hem2 to work with the card catcher. Is this still necessary? hands are importing to my database but my hud is only showing a couple of stats and they are in the wrong place. Does the card catcher work with the new hem2 version 8443? If so any ideas why my full hud isn't showing up and they are in the wrong place.

No. Well not exactly. I never use preferred seating, so sorry for over complicating it with that.

In PT4 I created a table group that covers everyone's stack sizes and replaces it with BB. (TT spoiled me with this feature but it no longer works with the update.) The BB bar appears for me too, except it's ugly because the black bar doesn't look good for hero since hero is in light grey. But it looks great for everyone else.

In an attempt to make it prettier, I created a "hero only" table group that's the same BB box but with the background in light grey. The only problem is PT4 has no idea where hero is seated, so for the hero only table group, the box stays in the same place no matter where I'm seated and I'd have to move it around with each table if I didn't have preferred seating on (which I don't like to use).

That's way too much work so for now I'm "getting by" with the black bar over the light grey hero stack. Hope that's clearer!

HM2 is not importing all of the hands that the converter is converting. The converter converted approximately 2200 and HM2 only imported approximately 1200 of the last batch. I've been using the converter for awhile and have had no issues till this point. Using HM 2.0.0.8079 as the website suggests.

I previously asked about if I have to use older version of hem2 with my card catcher. I just loaded black chip poker and it is importing and all the hud stats are working so this must be an issue with card catcher. Do I need an older version of hem2?

Just bought a new license for the tournament card catcher and the registration server isn't recognizing my serial key. Is this a known issue?

Yeah... everyone. License server is down for some reason. I don't know the cause yet, but I'm having my guys look at it. I'm out of town at the wsop. My house was robbed last night. Not having the best day.
