I'm still messing around with the databases currently. Will report back if i find anything more.
Ok so i think i just found out the problem. I had my autoimport folders set, but i didn't have those imported hands moved to an archive. So everytime i would purge hem2 would prompt me to restart at which point i had it set to auto import upon opening. So all of those hands that i didn't get moved kept importing again. Hopefully this solves the problem.

My Bovada Hand Histories seem to have disappeared since December 5 of 2015... I've downloaded them a number of times, but when I try to convert them, the converter can't find them and I can't find them anywhere on my computer.... I called Bovada to see if they could tell me where the file is sent on your computer, or what it is called and they were not helpful... Any suggestions? This is where my output converter used to collect them, but they are no longer here... C:\Users\David\Documents\BovadaHandHistory... not sure where Bovada is sending them now... how do I get them back there?

When I called Bovada, they said to redownload there software using Google Chrome because sometimes other explorers down download everything for their software... not sure that will help as I've already downloaded todays without result...

Help please...

You're looking in the wrong spot. They are downloaded to:

C:\Bovada\Hand History

If you watch the tutorial video that's in the converter, it walks you through everything you'll need to know. Highly recommend it.

I remember back when I originally bought the Converter I was able to see all opponents hole cards for every hand in HEM. When I bought the Card Catcher, however, I was no longer able to see them. Is it still possible to do this? I'm using HEM 2.0.0.8079 and v1.0.45 of the Converter.

You cannot see them with card catcher hands. Those are not available. They are only available when you convert hands and look at those. You're probably getting the two confused. I'd recommend setting them up in separate databases.

Yessir, forgot to mention I had already done that. On my database with hands from the converter, I still cannot see the hole cards though. I just didn't know if there was certain settings I was supposed to have or what since I couldn't get it working.

Make sure show know hole cards is set in settings on the converter, and the correct database is selected. As long as those are set, it will work.

Just curious if skipped hands and hand errors are still common when using the Converter...this morning I was trying to convert 35 files with 2044 hands, but there were 2 hand errors and 14 skipped hands :/

No, we've seen 0 for quite some time. Make sure they aren't some kind of old files though. Sometimes w/ zone, Bovada doesn't write the last part of the hand, but usually we just fill in the data. You can click on the hands though in your DB and look at them (check date and see if data is complete).

I had an old version of the card catcher for a week and so and realized it was missing a few hands, so I decided to download them and convert using this software and import into PT4, figuring it would handle the duplicates etc like normal. I however have 1 hand that apparently somehow between the catcher and this converter happened twice about 30 minutes apart, when I know it was only 1 hand. 200bb pot so I remember it for sure, PT4 has the exact same hole cards/runout/action in both hands, its the same hand. Tonight I've also had the catcher miss a few hands, mostly when Bovada has one of the little lag spells, and so I want to download all of tonights session and convert them tomorrow, but I'm concerned now about hands being double counted. Is this a known issue that I can somehow prevent before I import more hands using the hand converter? Its AFAIK basically impossible to isolate and delete individual hands within a PT4 database, although I'm certainly not sure about that.

On a side note, first off, update to the latest BCC (7.2) and make sure you have ipoker set. You shouldn't be missing any hands at all. So you're importing converted hands into the same DB as BCC hands? If you're using ipoker mode in BCC then this shouldn't show up under the same site. So I'm a little confused on your setup.

Been trying for 3 days emailing back and forth to get an answer about an activation code issue. I paid an additional 9 dollars for an activation, but it's still not working. Any help would be appreciated.

Just spoke with Brian who has been speaking w/ you, but it looks like you weren't entirely clear with what you wanted. You got an additional activation yesterday, but you paid for only one product. It sounds like he has it sorted out I believe.

I made new folders and copy over all the new HH files before I convert, so they are definitely all new files. I converted again today (~4100 hands) with 3 hand errors and 8 skipped hands.

Usually these are incomplete hands. Can you send those to support and we can look. You just click on the errors and you can view / see the original hand and copy them. A lot of times the end of the hand is missing. Doesn't happen very often, mostly in zone.

I already closed out of the converter, but the next time it happens I will. Is the support email address the same as the card catcher email?

You can just send the whole sample to support that you have for the last conversion you did. And yes, it's the same support e-mail, or you can use this form and attach the files:

Has there been a change in the way we should upload hands? Looks like I can't see any of the opponents cards and I'm missing a few hands as well. This issue didn't start until now.

I'm using v. 1.0.45

No, nothing changed. If you updated HM though you won't see opponents cards. You should also check your settings in the hand converter and make sure opponents cards are on in case you accidentally turned something off.

Was hoping to test this with the free 24 hour trial before buying, however when I download and install there doesn't seem to be a free 24 hour trial option. Help?
