I thought possibly you may have known hole cards enabled on the converter, and a newer version of HM2. But it doesn't make any sense if everything else is working, and not PLO. It's either going to work or not work. It has to be some setting. What version of HM2 do you have, and are known hole cards turned on w/ the converter (in settings)?

Converter seems to now find the hands but when I convert them they show up as "errors and duplicates". No idea why the converter is not working anymore. Also, Card Catcher hasn't worked for some time. Not sure what is going on. I paid for this software and it has never worked correctly for me. I'm up $30,000 on Bovada this year, but even when it did work and did convert the hands previously the converted hands that did go through show me as being down $9,000 for the year. No idea what's going on.

I didn't realize you had to buy it again for PLO hands as I have it for SNGs/MTTs. Maybe some day.

You can't import the converter hands and catcher hands into the same database. You're going to get duplicates.

Your results are likely off because you missed download windows. If you don't download all your hands within 7 days they are gone. The converter works 100%, and the results will be accurate. I've won over 50k on there this past year, and my results are to the T.

You probably need to close the catcher, and make sure you close it down between sessions. IT will work fine, but I'd recommend updating to the latest version as well. The link is a couple of posts above here.

Yeah, that's would be why it wouldn't work then. Omaha split pot conversions are a pain, so those versions are separated out.

Yup... read. You need to turn off known hole cards in settings. OR you need to downgrade to .8079. It says this 3x in the software with big warning messages and check boxes saying you've read it, but people miss it.

There's a step-by-step video tutorial in the application. It will walk you through exactly what you need to do, much better than I can explain here. Just click, watch tutorial and then it will ask what database you're using. You're going to want to watch it at least once.

Thanks. What is the difference between that converter and hand catcher or something? The converter is what I really want but just wondering. Is the catcher only for HUDs?

The catcher will get your hands in real time, and allow you to run a HUD on HM2 or PT4. The converter is getting your hands 24 hours after you play them, and will allow you to see all known hole cards. The converter also support zone, where the card catcher doesn't.

When i try to use the HH's for converters (2p2 or RIO for example) it now says that the HH is invalid line 1. Before, the converters worked fine as a pokerstars hand. Is there a fix for this?

I don't know. I wasn't aware there was an issue. So you mean if you export it from your database to post on the converter here, it's causing an error correct?

Not even sure where to post this (maybe there's a Bovada custom mod thread somewhere) .. Has anyone attempted to create a custom Bovada replayer theme for PT4 so replaying the hands looks like your Bovada table? I'd give it a shot but it just seems like way too much work..

edit: nvm found it http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/45...-mods-1354736/

A friend has sent me some bovada hands to look over. I need to convert them and input to HM1. My question is: will those hands show up the same as my own in my database? Will all hands from bovada link the hero to my Bovada HM alias? If so is there a way to avoid this? Thanks

On the converter main display, just change the hero name to something else. Then convert and import. Then in HM1 switch to that new player name. It won't link to you in any way unless you create an alias to do so.

Nothing has changed on the bovada converter, so something must have changed w/ the 2+2 hand converter. I haven't checked it out, but I will see if it's something obvious. I can't say for sure we'd be able to fix it, since it's something their converter on here is doing.

I just purchased the PLO side of HEM and can't get any hands to import. The hands imported flawlessly to PT4 (only have a trial of that). Any ideas?

edit:

SNG/MTT hands import fine.
