So if I don’t have all of the original unconverted bovada hands from years ago I couldn’t do it correct?

Correct. You should have them in your original ignition hand history folder though unless you deleted them.

No I think I have them all. So if I reconvert them with the ignition converter what setting do I need to change for this to work properly for the new version of HEM2?

Nothing. Make sure hm2 is set in settings in the converter, as well as show known hole cards. That's it.

Anyone have any experience getting this to work with hand2note?

I converted my last 3k hands that I was about to import into PT4 to try them in hand2note as well.

It doesn’t think I (hero) played in all the hands which is weird and the stats are way off. It says my vpip and pfr are 12 and 8.8 while PT4 says 23 and 19. It says I'm down 1200 while PT4 says up 1500. It's probably way off in other stats too but these ones just jump out at me right away.

Anyone have a similar experience? This is with downloaded hands I’m trying to convert here from ignition.

Ah it looks like I might have needed to use HM2 instead of pokertracker for the concerting option. That worked a lot better (although it still seems to think there are a handful of hands that are not grabbed for some reason).

You need to have the setting as H2n/Hm2. It should import all of the hands. If you're seeing something that isn't, please contact support with any of those hands and they can take a look. H2n is still fairly recently added.

Wrong thread, you want the ignition card catcher thread.

If you need help still, please also contact support and you'll get a quick answer there.

is there any way to get the card catcher and the converter to work together? IE card catcher to track hands in real time then once I use the converter it overwrites the hands with all known hole cards? Similar to the way DriveHUD does that

Unfortunately not. The two products are writing in two different formats and some databases aren't as kind to overwriting the missing data.

Feel like this is the right thread to ask, so I post again.

Hello,

whenever I convert hands from Zone tables into hm2, and see the stats from players from Zone tables in HM2 hand replayer, are these stats accurate in HM2 hand replayer for each opponent?

It's zone and your opponents are anonymous so they are going to show zero for all of your opponents except you.

Thank you for your answer.

I've just formatted my computer and need to register my license again, but I don't know how to do it.

Could you please help me with this?

I'm having a problem where only zone hands are getting imported, it looks like all the non zone hands are being converted but neither HM2 or HM3 is actually importing them into the database. The zone hands all show up though.

Are you 100% sure that you correctly clicked to download them because they are separated by radio buttons on ignition. I have to ask because this has happened before.

If so I'd check your non-zone hand, make sure the hero names look ok, and import just 1 of them and see if it's present. Make sure you have HERO for ipoker set as your player ID in HM.

Is there anything I can do to not get errors when I'm importing the hands into PT4? I always have a small number of hands that do not import. (30 hands or so per 1000 hands)

Update to the latest PT4. It's possible you have some stale hands that are continuing to try and re-import. Send some of those hands to support to look at. You should have zero errors on imports. I've not seen any hand import errors. Only ones I've seen in the past year+ have been incomplete hands from ignition. A re-request of hands resolved those issues.
