im not sure if anybody has posted this before, however how can you see all hole cards after converting and importing into hm2?
I have friends that can see all cards, and i cant. When i tick the box to show all cards in converter, once imported all hands have errors.

Ive heard i need to downgrade my hm2 to older version for it to work..

Can this be fixed so we can see all hole cards?

I did reinstall newest version about a month ago, ticked enable know hole cards and when I import to hm they all have errors. I then untick enable known hole cards, re convert then they import fine.

Is this a newer version?

Two people I know said the only way you can see all hole cards from villains even if they fold is to downgrade hm because current versions of hm will not work like I’m experiencing.

I download hands from ignition, they go to my ignition casino poker/hand history file. I then run IHC to convert those files, and it sends the converted hands to IgnitionHandHistory file. I then have PT4 import those hands and then have H2N import those hands.... PT4 downloads picks up about 98%(occasionally misses a few, but I figured it might be on ignitions end)... But H2N only picks up about 90% of the hands from the same file. I dont understand why?

Is it just me or something is wrong with ignition right now? I tried using the converter+hm2 and DriveHUD but i'm still missing hands. I did try to download the hand history again with same results.

Is there a way to salvage the downloaded hand history?

When I go to find the folder to convert downloaded hands there aren't any hands there. I just downloaded hands from ignition but can't find them. In the program files it has hand history folder but no user ID number. Any way to find where the hands are being downloaded to so that I can convert them?

Hi, with things happening right now, I just started playing again. question/clarification about the converter. does this work with PT4 free trial? Also, after converting the hands, will this create duplicates with the hands captured by your ignition card catcher?

Whenever I'm downloading HH from Jackpot Sit & Go i will get this error:

It will pop up as many times as many tournaments i have available for download. It doesn't corrupt the files or anything but when downloading 1000+ spins it's annoying. I don't get this error when for example downloading normal sit&goes.

I realize it's not related to IHC, but maybe someone know how to fix it?
