Ive been trying to use ICMIZER2 for MTTs and some of the numbers are scaring me, and I wonder if Im using it right. Maybe I just dont understand MTTs as well as STT, but its always telling me to push any two no matter what position Im in. Im then confused because Im being told to Push Any 2, whereas the players after me are not being advised to do the same.

So is this right, should I be pushing Any two as early as first blind levels in a 45 man?

I have 3 monitors. When I move ICMIZER2 to the biggest of them the window gets black (only the header and border is visible). If the window is moved to the other monitors then all reappears. Only sometimes (after restart ICMIZER2 a few times and resize, move...) the window is visible in the problematic monitor.
Is there any limitation about the monitors configuration? It's 2560x1600

I just downloaded it on the website. When I start the application, a huge message appears and it says :

When I try to go on the website, there is a blank where icmizer should be.

I'm using internet explorer and I have installed Silverlight 5 like asked.

Thanks for the help
Hi. Please send an email to support@icmpoker.com with a screenshot of that error. I am not sure what could be wrong without a screenshot.

Hi, yes it looks like the ranges are too tight. Increase calling ranges and push range will tighten itself up.

Hi. There are no limitations from our side. So this must be related to Silverlight and Microsoft issues, not ICMIZER 2 unfortunately (it's beyond our control).

It should work on any monitor really. However, a 3 monitor set up sounds like something non typical and probably Silverlight isn't ready for this.

You can disable 2 other monitors and check if it works on this specific monitor. If it doesn't work then its very odd and we can investigate, but I think it will simply work.

I'm trying to cancel my subscription and it doesn't work.

Whenever I click 'manage subscriptions' it says 'chrome is unresponsive, restart?'. I click yes and nothing happens.

Hi. You can find a link in your initial order fulfillment email that allows you to cancel the subscription.
Otherwise please send an email to support@icmpoker.com with your account name and I'll cancel it for you.
There is this odd problem with "chrome is unresponsive" sometimes and we plan to fix it.

I really hope you do this. Only one level makes things quite inaccurate, for example, 3 handed sb ranges.

+1 that's one of the reasons why I'm cancelling my subscription.

I sent you an e-mail, couldn't find my original purchase email.

hi
whats the best way to save certain hands to review them later? since pokerstars doesnt allow the software to be open while your logged in.

copy paste them to notepad is kind a struggle if ur multitabling.

@soulysoul
I mark hands with HEM2 during play and then import the marked ands into ICMIZER.

Hi Q,
I have a question about the sng coach. Can you explain how ranking and rating relate to each other. I have some spots where my rating is 10 and my ranking is top 4% and some spots where my rating is way higher and I have the same ranking.

What can I tell from this?

I also think marking hands is the best way to resolve this kind of situations.
Saving in a file isn't too bad either, but marking is probably easier.

does ICMizer allow a payout distribution for more then 20 payout places. stars 180 man pay top 27 and HRC only allows up to 20 paid places.

Sorry if this has been covered i cant find it.

Hi.
Yes, ICMIZER allows to perform calculations using ICM for MTT situations with up to 60 players.
So you can review bubble spots in 180 mans at 28 players for example.

This article describes this feature (with ICMIZER 1 screenshots, but its the same in ICMIZER 2) http://www.icmpoker.com/en/blog/mtt-icm-calculator/

Hi Q

In the future any chance to allow only ante level and only non-ante level settings in the SNG Quiz? Similiar to the FGS setting. This mostly for the cEV/MTT quizes though as oftnely its already ante levels on SNGs when you push/folding...

Also if you'd look to develop the quiz further I'd have some ideas

-Having to estimate the hands exact net won/loss (done by typing in the number) and rank players how accurate they were within 1,5,10,20 etc percentage.

-From 4 different ranges the players having to pick 2 as the most/still profitable range

-Players have to define an actual range over a certain level of edge etc...

Most would involve the interactive range chart needed to be present in the quiz though so not sure if its technically possible. Currently its a very nice feature but I think after you develop a good feel for equity the quiz in its current form doesnt offers much room to further sharpen it.
Can only speak for myself though but would very welcome some of these or similiar features in the Quiz though

Many thanks

When I create a new prizepool I enter the prizes in money, but once created it's displayed in percentage. Is not possible to see also in money? it would be useful to recognize them or to check whether they have been entered properly.

I came up with a situation in a live small field tournament with 30 left where 10 people pay. how do i run the sim on a squeeze shove range vs a very wide opening range and calling range?

here's the situation..

Spoiler:
stacks were t3k+400 7 handed mp is a bit of a monkey with a stack, i saw him show down a K2o open from utg so i expect him to keep going nuts (he is known for spewing hard and being very wide pre) but he's smart and knows how to apply pressure vs certain players. i gave him a range of 60% here and i expect the guy to be flatting 20%. how do i go about figuring out what to 3bet shove with a 12bb stack from the button vs these players?

OR:100k stack opens a 60% range for 6500
80k stack calls from hj
HERO has 36k on the button.
average stack is probably 55/60k
sb and bb have 70/50k

I recently bought the program and am not good enough at using it out to figure it out. if anyone could help me out here it'd be much appreciated.

thank you

Hi, you can use http://www.icmpoker.com/icmizer/#tmyXVC to get the idea of how to review this kind of spot.
(Open it in Internet Explorer or FireFox).

Note that we have MTT checkbox on and 30 players. You can create a payout structure, which matches your tournament.

Hi, yes, once created payouts get converted to %.
You cannot really see the $ values since they are not stored.
You can switch to ICM $EV in order to see results in $ though and get some idea of actual payouts.

Hi. I can ask you about situation of ICM calculation, that i dont understand.

If i choose to calculate nash range of villian open-shove range, it says 80% in some spots like sb x bb. Why is that? I think that player must be super-agressive to open-shove like that so standart range on open-shove should be about 40% of range there i gues. But i know from nash charts, that they were did as most un-exploitable strategy, thats why you can push there 45s for 20bb+. Because opponents cant call light. So thats why some ranges tend to be wider as normal should be in real? So in use this strategy, should be maximal ev+ based on range they have to call us with is 24%. So pushing wider will be more profitable than pushing more tight with better range based on this in longrun?

When I'm importing Hand histories from Bovada, there's always a problem when i'm in the small blind. It'll basically treat the hand as if I'm in the BB and there's no SB, and everyone folds to me. Can you take a look at this?
