I have a problem with Unibet.
The HUD works, but the HUD stats don't disappear the next hand when someone is out of the tournament. I also noticed that PFR was wrong with a player. I saw him raising pre, but his stats keep telling 0%.
Everything works fine on other pokersites.

These steps (from that thread) should solve this error:

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right-click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMImport.exe, HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

Restart your PC.

I knew HEM dones't save Bodog hands, but my questions, if I have used ohter software saved the bodog hands, will I be able to import hands into HEM, and then display as HUD?

hey fozzy,

playing on carbon, my stats pop up fine, but they are all off as far as seating goes. like all of my seats are shifted over 2 seats so my stats are 2 seats to the left and so on.

Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...hicsCardDriver

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe


Please reproduce the problem and send a screen shot of your desktop - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

HM should work with Bodog HandGrabber or the new Bodog Scanner

Configure your pokerclient preferred seating and seating preferences in HM accordingly.

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions.
3) Table manager -> File -> Save positions
4) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

Hi, How can I have HEM Small Stakes save my hand history stats and show them as of the time and hand played, instead of continually updating the stats?

After some more games, I noticed that the HUD doesn't automatically appears after the first hand, so i have to use the table finder everytime to get a HUD. Also the HUD doesn't refresh after every hand, that's why i thought it was so strange that guys PFR kept at 0% lol
I did some research about similar problems and i found some similar problems and they were all asked to attach there holdemmanager.config file.

But it still doesn't seems to be fixed ...
I already tried to remove that file and restart HEM so it makes a new holdemmanager.config file, but that didn't help. Also making a new database did not help.

So do i still have to do the same things you replied first or just attach holdemmanager.config and prefs.xml ?
And how do you attach files here ?

Anyone having trouble opening HEM2 beta after updating windows to service pack 1? I've updated HEM2 to latest release but still getting a unexpected error when opening it up. It won't load or anything just goes to the HEM2 screen then the error pops up... Not sure whats up ... Ran fine yesterday

Anyone knows how to export all hands for all players in the database? I mean you can export all hands for a specific player, but I didn't find the way to do that for all of them.

I have HEM installed on 2 computers and I'd like HUD to have the stats data combined on both of them.

Is the support team having problems? I cant install HEM and i have contacted support.
Someone by the name of Kevin sent me an e-mail stating that we should schedule a remote session. This was on Monday and I sent them another e-mail yesterday and still no response back. I would really like to start playing poker with my HEM software soon. Is there a problem that anyone knows about or do I need to wait?

In the replayer? You can choose to display stats up to day of hand.

Please ensure you are running the latest version

Why does HoldemManager delete all stats older than a month, and how to prevent it?
I noticed that HoldemManager keep all the stats (like VPIP, PFR..) in a SQL table called "compiledresults_month". Strangely there is another table called
"compiledresults" which is EMPTY ... why? How can I configure HoldemManager to show ALL stats and not only those of the last month?

HEM doesn't delete any stats automatically, the Hud just displays the stats according to the configuration in the additonal hud filters.

just bought hem pro installed 1.12.04 its not importing ipoker hand i can see hud in game.

poker settings saved hands locally
added folders to import
auto detected
searched my name in hem
checked filters

Using windows 7 program is running as administrator

what am i missing here i did everything right

no 3rd party programs like spyware
windows set to show hidden files
HEM says it has imported 6 hands but i cant see them in HEM

i can see the HH in this folder though
E:\Boylepoker\History\LIVEPOKXX\Table

just played a hand and i can see HEM says imported 7/7 so it saw the hand and theres no error while importing but nothing appears in HEM reports

What exactly are you doing, and trying to achieve? If you have technical questions about the SQL database tables we would have to forward those to the developers.

The HUD works but you cant see the hands in the database?

Cash Games > Reports > Click 'Change' and search your Poker Site name. You can also click the Arrow, that opens a list of previously searched names, and choose Player Search.

Filter > Clear and then Filter > Use for all. Also try enabling the Options > Settings... > Miscellaneous > [x] Auto apply filter changes to all tabs
