Should the multi-table stat work w/o tablescan?

I tried and it incorrectly showed 1 for all players at the table except showing 0 for me.

table scanner has major problems again it seems....

scanning really slow and often not dsiplaying any results at all or just a few tables.... tbh I have never got it working fully and showing all tables anyway but now its pretty much not useable.

Also for some reason I can only use classic scan now, insta scan wont select for some reason.

edit: also my text format for my PC changes everytime i run a scan so that i no longer have clear text which is really annoying

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Enable logging from the HUD options->Table prefs menu. When the crash happens again, go to the logs\log.txt file and move it to another location before you restart the hud. I want to get the 'crash' log.txt file after you finish playing. If you restart the hud before moving the log.txt file, it is overwritten.

If you still cant see the results your database may be corrupt.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

It should work fine from our limited internal testing but we technically only support 8.4.x.x.

No, you must be using the Table Scanner for that stat to work properly.

I believe the clear text has to be disabled for the scanner. Are you using .05a? If yes, please start a thread on our scanner forums or email us in support. I dont use the scanner so I will forward it to one of the other guys that uses the scanner regularly.

Does HeM not work for any1 else in the 1mill supernova freeroll?I know it didnt the first I played it..

Does anyone know where I can download the filter for the Cash Games graph to display my earnings history by different stakes. My version of Hold'em Manager is missing that filter.

Nevermind I updated and it works now...but how do I get rid of the ugly HEM symbol next to my stats?

Mines not working either on the freeroll.Makes me see how much i actually use my hud and how big of an advantage it is !!!

I am not sure what you mean. To the right of the date filter (All Hands) is a Filter button. Filter > Edit > Main Filters > Stakes

I think we just fixed this in .05a. We dont technically support freerolls but if we get people to send in some hand histories and screen shots of the tables and table manager we can try to add future support for those that dont work.

how do I filter to see all the times I've lost to 4 of a kind? any opponent

essentially i want to search the player pool not my hands

my omaha hands aren't importing. I have the newest release and the holdem+omaha version and omaha hands have imported fine in the past. FWIW, I did make a new database a little while ago to sort out some other HEM problems I'd had and this is the first time I've tried importing omaha hands since.

edit: it's FTP that I'm having this problem with and HEM is importing tourny hands fine on that site

Does hm include the new rake structure change at full tilt? Meaning when I look at my rake for the day I can times it by .27 and know how much rakeback i earned.

limp call is the open limp? Because i have that in different positions so good to know if it not also is limp when someone have limpt before or open limp from that position.

You have to search by a player or alias name when using the Filters. You can create an alias and add as many players from your database to the alias as you want, but you will still need to search/analyze 'someones' data. The Players tab will allow you to review some things about your entire database on a whole but you cant use those same filters necessary to find specific hands.

Is it for HEM now possible to make a difference for hands played on a 6max tables and hands that are played with 6 or less players on a FR ring tables? Or this planed for the (near future)?

It is not possible currently. It is planned for the future but I have no ETA when it will be possible.

Can you guys take down your claim that you support Carbon's hand histories? It's been almost a month since HEM last worked with Merge.

I am not sure of the specifics, but I would guess it is related to the database schema. It is definitely planned for the future but it is a large undertaking as it will affect many other things.
