$EV > $'s = you are unlucky

$'s > $EV = you are lucky

I am about to buy HEM, but I'm having problems with my computer at the moment. Just want to know whether or not I can re download HEM using the same code if I happen to lose the program on here? I'm thinking maybe not as in theory you could just pass the code on to someone else and they could get it for free.

Anyone know though? Is it just a single download allowed then thats it?

Hmm... just seems odd that other table selection tools are banned but HM canner isn't.

I don't really have any images yet, cause i can't get HEM to even display the little notebooks that i was hoping to edit. Included a picture to show what i mean. Not sure what the notered, notegreen, etc. files are even for, just thought they looked like note images, and hoped that since each one is its own file that maybe their sizes could be changed to be bigger. Someone in the FTP thread said it's possible, but maybe that was in an older version of HEM or something.

The ones that arent allowed use centralized databases. The Table Scanner only uses your own DB.

Those are not used any longer AFAIK. I will try to find out for you but the HUD Develoepr is on vacation this week.

I just tried updating to latest beta, but the installation can't complete certain tasks (replacing HEM.exe, I get a pop up). How do I revert back to beta 30? HEM won't run at all anymore.

The HMImport.exe process often doesnt end on it's own from the task manager and causes that.

1) Clear your web cache, and download the beta update again, with another browser if possible.
2) Right-Click > Save Link As to save it to a different folder.
3) Reboot, and run the installer first thing.
4) Make sure the update is installing to the proper \holdem manager folder

My HEM is importing all the hands I play on stars, but I'm getting an import error on every single hand. Anybody know a possible solution?

Hi, I mostly only mutli-table a bunch of sngs, when I goto the Tourny tab to review my results, I see that HEM is always missing a few sngs. Ex. I play 18 sngs at a time, and if I play 1 session a day, it only shows up me playing 16 or 13, but only mostly missing the ones I didn't cash in. So with these flaws in the data, it would overstate my profit, etc. Just wondering what could be done to fix it.

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.

Im having the same problem running HEM 1.08.04

Just got HEM and it wont correctly import hands for pokerstars. Im running version 1.08.04 every single hand is an import error....

hem hud always worked nice for me on stars for hu sngs and cash - now i am new on ftp - cash hud works but hu sng hud doesnt pop up for me (no stats at all) - i am using the latest beta release - any suggestions to get the hud running for husngs ?

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

tons of errors for me with newest beta. Finally got the thiong to run after numerous database errors. Then it can't find hands to update. Not the program won't run at all getting multiple errors and crashes.

Hi, I just downloaded HM and postgresql, I went through the install and checked off psqlJDBC v8.4 as the only package to install. It says all installation files have been downloaded click next to start installations. I click next it says an error came up appdata/local/temp/edb_pgjdbc.exe failed. (error:740 the required operation requires elevation.) it first offered an option to ignore the error and continue or cancel. what should I do?
