please help me, i am trying holdem manager on ongame network miniview and it finds tables but no hands so it's not very usefull...(i make the trial with play money but i do not think i changes something)

after the new update hud doesnt work for hero stats on party...like itll just overlay stats where u r rather than where i had them previously (in the corner since seat is diff every table for party). now they just overlay as if ur player X in seat X and if i move hero stats on one table into the corner the players' stats for that seat on other tables will move too

just a small thing. the box for w$sd% is empty , same with Agg.

It would be a nice feature if you could save hud layout for different sites like in PAHUD. It's irritating always having to move them around... I usually fire several tables at same time and then I have to move the stats on all of them.

Is there a way to see how many hands are in a database?

You will need a grabber at the moment. Idle miner has one. Roy is working on a solution that doesnt require this.

The positions are saved seperately for each site. I am working on site/config export/import. I had hoped to get it done before I went away next week. Not sure that will happen now.

This is a known issue. Please check force ontop in the table prefs menu for a partial fix.

Someone made a post with 'answers' about HM to questions that nobody asked (afaik) and signed it rvg, to get ppl to believe he was you, so he could scam people.

And the message is now gone. If I recall, it didn't seem to solicit any personal information, and was actually written so that it plausibly came across as Roy. Most strange - why would someone impersonate Roy, to provide tech support for his software?

I thought it actually had a sarcastic tone to it.. at first I thought it was a post bashing HM, but w/e... Obviously the scammer was going to ask for a trade in some other topic, then point to this thread to prove he's 'legit', because he's 'the creator of HM'.

Sounds like the worst scamming attempt ever...

regarding Ongame, I'm not going to give dates until I'm much closer to having it working. Like I mentioned before, the first hurdle has been passed so that's a really good step but still quite a bit to do.

It sounds, then, like Roy was the victim of an attempted identity theft. Perhaps Mike Haven can remove, or at least re-word, his post above, to avoid scaring potential (and, frankly, current) HM users?

Despite Mike's caveat, his urgent request for information about Roy could lead people to believe that Roy was implicated in a scam, rather than being its intended victim.

I know Roy had some code that grabs the hands and he was looking at integrating it with HEM. If it works out I'd say he'll have something soon, but I can't give a definite answer.

hello, i am trying the software for pacific, i must say I am very impressed and will be buying it soon.

there is one problem... on pacific, usernames are not case-sensitive. when you log in, you may type your user name in any cases you choose, and it will then remember these cases and display them at the tables and in the hand-histories. For instance, if you have username dave, you can type DaVe at the login screen and then you'll appear as DaVe in tables and in HH for that session.

therefore my stats (and presumably those of many others) are split between several different capitalisations. eg

DaVe 1032 hands
DAVe 1179 hands
davE 2305 hands

for now i am using player aliases for my own stats, but obviously it is not feasible to manually add player aliases for the entire database. how can I make it so that HEM merges (and continues to automatically merge) stats for the same name with different capitalisation?

easiset solution is to go back in time and tell the idiot pacific developer what a dumb programming decision that was.

Actually, the best solution would be to go back a bit further and convince 888 to hire a completely different software company. Then the software might actually work.
