Then try to open a new table, and see if the positions are correct/remembered.

sorry i could not get to the point where that could help me. Now it seems to be running well. Thanks for your help. I'm I going to have to boot up the HUD everytime or having to launch it from the folder was a one time only thing?

Once again thanks and the software looks great.

I had a quick search but I can't find anything on this.

Can someone tell me are the normal 3bet ranges? From just my own observations I figured it to be that 4%-6% was TAGish, <4% was nitty and >6% was LAGish. Is this about right? I'm sure this would have been discussed somewhere recently since 3bet stats were only introduced in the next-gen trackers.

Ok, suddenly the replayer is not displaying stats. I have the "show players stats" checkbox checked.

Any ideas?

I think that sounds about right. If someone is at 9 or above I am definitely thinking about bluff 4betting.

Check the plugging leaks article from June 4 for ranges derived from really large amounts of game data. But specific range discussions would belong in the game/level areas of the forum because I could say X%, but that would only apply to the game and level I am playing. FR/SH/HU, FL/PL/NL.

With the latest version it appears you need to first left click the row corresponding to the hand, then right click the hand and copy selected hands to clip board. Right clicking doesn't auto-select the hand anymore.

feature request, roy: you said you were going to incorporate the "preflop" tab from HEM into the "Active Players" window, instead of the columns for "3bet", "call 2 raisers" etc. Any news on that?

is it possible to run a report to show how many times we were successful in stealing from each position? or how often our opponents folded to our 3bet from a certain position when they were at a certain position?

i think i saw it mentioned somewhere in here that you can save hands for quick viewing using the HUD, but i cant find it now?

opponents folded to our 3-bet
In the Reports Tab select the By Position report
Click the filter button
Under More Filters tab add the following three filters
Did 3Bet = True
Saw Flop = False

That should cover the times player 3-bet and everyone folded or raised. To just get the folded ones add the filter:
Faced Preflop 4 bet = False

Or to see the times your 3-bet was raised:
Faced Preflop 4 bet = True

You can construct similar filters for steal

To save hands from the HUD, you have to display the last 1, 2 or 3 hands in the table HUD display HUD Options|Table Preferences You can then click on a hand in that display and check a box to mark it.

Just like above, but you will have to look at it as hand your 3-bet or hands you faced a three bet, since there is no OR clause in the filters, they are AND constructed, so you cannot say, display all hands that were 3-bet, but you can list all hands you did 3-bet, or all hands you were facing a 3-bet, or all hands you raised a 3-bet, etc...

Just installed 1.06 - the cache creation only took like 20 minutes, which worried me a little tbh given that I have like 3 mil hands in my db - granted my new computer is pretty fast but I still thought it would take awhile. I tried to pull up lifetime stats and it took several minutes to bring up the standard report for 150k hands on my FTP screenname. I did a vacuum/analyze and restarted HM and it still took like 3 minutes to bring the report up. Did I do something wrong?

I have discovered that staring at the progress bar when you're importing millions of hands makes the import go faster.

You have to concentrate really hard though.

~2 Million hands only took me about 15 minutes on a core2duo with lots of ram and fast drives. But my reports don't take 3-minutes to load. Do you have PostgreSQL installed on the same drive as Windows and/or your swap file?

Found a display bug. If you are looking at a report with a sideways scroll bar and do not have it flushed to the left when you switch to a report that would fit fully on the display, part of the left most display is hidden.
