Also - its a good idea to make copies of your HM Config folder as well as your Reports folder.

Once you launch HM it should create a new default report.
I did all this and it did not create the report. Now I don't have that report at all. Please copy paste the report code so I can re-create.

Stats are only showing up on 4 out of my 16 tables on ipoker. Is there something I am doing wrong? It works fine on PP and FTP but for some reason its missing a ton of tables on Ipoker

ugh, I just noticed that the stats are moving around on the mini tables as well. I set everything up on one of the tables and locked the layout then reloaded the tables. The tables that do have stats have them laid out over the wrong players. What the hell

how do you export large amounts of hands from HEM into a text file or many txt files?

edit: or any generic format for that matter

Are you certain you set up HM to move processed Hand Histories to an archive folder? This can cause massive slowdown while importing, if it has to read through tons of old HHs.

If you mean multiple panels, it's been available. Make sure you got version 1.05.09.

HEM crashed while I was playing on party. I tried to re-open and now I get this error

"The following error occurred while trying to open the database. Connection establishment timeout. Increase timeoutvalue in connectionstring."

I click on ok, and it takes me to the window to connect to my database all of a sudden, I try to connect, and it won't.

Is my database too big or something, if so, what do I do?

Oh wow cant believe I overlooked that, another thing I'm prolly overlooking, how do I make new lines be vertical lines so I can stack stats on top of each other, thanks!

Add new Line Feed's to the Panel. Look at the last panel in my list.

Fozzy I've created multiple panels, but now it seems like when I try to setup where I want to place theyre connected and move together with other peoples panels like there is an invisible bar between them []--------[] sorta like that. So when I move a panel down, everyone else panel with those stats gets moved around too, any advice?

When you turn on multiple panels, there is a notice that explains this. I completely ignored it originally as well, and had to have MikeChops explain it to me. I saw it again tonight when doing remote desktop support helping someone install HM.

Hold Ctrl + Right Click + Drag - to move individual panels.

I set the main/first panels (the one with the note icon) position first for one villain. Then I use the Ctrl + Right Click + Drag to move the additional panels for that villain. Then do the same for the next villain, starting with the main panel.

I have been having some lag on FTP too. I just checked my FTP HH fold and there were 9 files left in it. My auto-import screen says FTP/HH (+ Archive) but the final 9 files didn't get moved. I'll have to check this again next time I play.

I finally got sick of pt the other day and brought HM. Happy with it so far. Just got a question about the player analysis stats which come up after launching the active players window.

The numbers there compare everyone to the average numbers. What exactly are those average numbers based on, are they based on my averages of everyone, eveyone over x number of hands, winning players over x number of hands, hm average numbers etc? Would be good to know this in assessing the usefulness of these numbers.

hi ray!

just a question: works HM with the same Postgress-version that PT2 uses or do i need to update the postgress-version? if i have to update: is there any way to run PT2 and HM parallel (eg. haveing both Postgress-versions installed)?

thx already now for your answer and greetings,
andi!

I'm planning to buy HEM as it sounds really great.

However I'd like to know if you can prefetch hands on UB like you can do with PAHUD ?
I need this feature as it's the only way I found to "datamine" on UB.

Just an FYI, there is an option under HUD --> Table Preferences to 'LOCK LAYOUT'. This is why the right-click was not working.

You can't set the number of hands to prefetch, but it does grab the 10 hands that were played before you sat down.

Will HM grab a few Stars hands?
Holdem Manager Support Quote
06-19-2008 , 11:57 AM
It grabs the first hand when you sit. You have to set up a new auto import folder for it to read the observed hand.

C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\HEM Data

So it's one hand or ten hands ?
Any tip to change this value ?
