Question: Does filtering vs specific opponents actually work as intended or is it buggy or does it mean something else completely than one would think?

I mean, it claims I'm up 1800€ against this particular opponent. BUT when I choose him as the main player and put myself as the vs player, it says he's up 1200€ against me. Obviously both can't be true.

If a HUD was exported from the HM2 - HUD Designer it can be imported to HM3 via the HM3 - HUD - HUD Editor... - Options button 'Import HM2 Profile' menu option.

That filter shows every hand you both participated in, not just how much you won from that specific player. The developers are currently working to create a 'Vs Player' report for HM3 like we had in HM2 to show what you are wanting.

This feature request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration. If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-3171 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Hi

I recently switched hard drives and had to reinstall HM3.

Now my HUD works on regular tables on ACR but not blitz tables at all. Are there any ways to make it work?

I have had this problem in the past once in a while and usually I can just press stop HUD and start HUD and it would start working. Unfortunately that is not helping this time.

Yes, if everything is configured properly the WPN Blitz HUD should work. The only 2 issues I see in our system for Blitz are at the Blitz NL200 tables due to how we are generating the table names/stakes that the developers are working to fix, and another issue that affects both Blitz and regular tables if you have multiple auto import folders configured for your WPN skin in the HM3 - Tools - Site Settings... - WPN - Auto Import Folders.

See the reply below for Mephisto6000 if your Blitz HUD is not working.

Please see my reply above to Don Melchor and make sure that you do not have any extra/unused auto import folders configured in HM3 that your WPN client is not writing hands to. If you continue to have problems we will need you to duplicate the problem and send us screenshots of the tables/HM3 and your logs/hands from a short session as instructed in this FAQ.

Yes I dont have any extra import folders. I have one, and it is saving the hands and I can see them on the live play tab. However the HUD itself never appears on the table for some reason.

We will need you to send in screenshots, logs and hands from a session as instructed at the end of this FAQ so we can have our QA/Testing Manager or Developers review them to see what might be causing the HUD to fail on your machine.

Hi,

Recently my 1 included year of Support & Maintenance expired and so I need to pay a fee to receive updates. Is there a way I can pay for multiple years (say 4) in advance so that I don't have to pay the same fee each year ?

I was able to do this fine and I think I imported notecaddy definitions from HEM2 as well. I'm getting these black/blue images in the popups that say Stat: missing stat when I hover over them, not sure why.

I do not think this is possible currently but I forwarded your question/suggestion to management for consideration as a possible site update at some point in the future.

If you imported the HUD before the definitions you need to delete the HUD profile from HM3 then import it again as instructed in this forum thread. If that doesn't solve the issues then start a new thread in that NC sub-forum on our site, or post in that same thread, and Justin from NCE should be able to help you with any NC issues. I personally don't use NC or do NC tech support so I won't be of much help unfortunately.

If you want to pay for more than 1 year our admins can provide the amount to you and your account manually for up to 3 years if you send us the request in a support ticket from your HM3 email address.

Yes, HM3 should be working on the Incognito tables from what I understand. You can give it a try with the HM3 14 day trial and if you notice any issues please report any issues with your log files using the HM3 'Send Feedback' system on the left sidebar, or under the Help menu.

I apologize in advance if my current problem is still related to Notecaddy, if so I'll x-post this in the thread you suggested. It looks like many of those are standard HM3 stats, not NC stats, so please send us the screenshots and your log/config files as instructed in this FAQ. We can then review the logs and try loading your HUD files to test them ourselves.

If it's multiple of you with the same issues and you are both using NC stats/licenses then it is probably NC related. Follow the steps I posted above and we can figure out if it is HM3 specific or NC related and get it to the proper HM3 or NC developers.

1. How can i hide hero from the hud?
2. How can i set up seeing my popups without clocking on it, just the usual move my mouse to it?
3. How can i set up my own imported old hm2 hud as default? I need to change it always

- By default the HUD components placed on the table are locked in position to avoid accidentally moving the HUD while playing.
- To move the HUD component boxes to new locations on the table please see this FAQ.
- Hold the Control key and left mouse button while dragging the HUD components to the new location.
- Once they are positioned how you want them you will want to click the HM3 Table 'HUD' icon and 'Save Layout' or 'Lock & Save Layout'.
- You can alternatively click the HM3 'HUD' icon and Unlock the HUD to move HUD groups around on the table without the need to hold the control key. This also applies to moving the HM3 Table 'HUD' icon - hold the modifier key to drag it; and also applies when moving mucked cards and board cards. - p.s. The Graphical HUD does not have a lock on the HUD and it is moved using the right mouse button, like HM2. We replaced the hover over stat specific popups functionality with the stat details tooltip. At this point it is not possible to display the assigned stat specific popup instead of the stat details popup on mouse over. You can only see those popups via left clicking the stat in the HUD you assigned the popup to.

If you (1) left-click the Table 'HUD' panel you can (2) choose the HUD you want to use then (3) open the menu again as shown in the attached image to set it as the default profile for that table type:



You will need to do the same for each site/game you play unless you apply it to 'Any' in the HUD Options... Profile Select menu.

These HUD settings are saved and can be managed/created in the HUD - HUD Options: 'Profile Select' menu. Here is an example of how I have mine setup for cash and tournament testing:

Regarding Ignition hand grabber:

after I use the HM hand grabber to import hands in real time - if I then download my hands from the client (to capture all known hole cards) and re-import into my DB, will I have double the number of hands or do they properly import over the previous real-time hands?

Any plans to add a hand a integrated grabber for bet online client?
