I created a very big popup with almost all preflop stats I wanna use. How can I change the font size of all stats all at once? With HM2 I was able to do that? Cant find it with HM3.

You can Ctrl+A or Shift + Click to select all/multiple stats before making the item property edits. HUD - HUD Editor - Ctrl + Left-Click multiple stats (or Ctrl+A for all) in the 'Group Items' list then make your edits to the item Properties - various fields that you want to edit for mujltiple stats at the same time. You can also select the 'Font' Item Property to select it then click Ctrl+C and go to the other Stat(s) and select their 'Font' then click Ctrl+V.

We already released a server side fix. You just need to close Pokerstars, close HM2, restart HM2 then restart Pokerstars and it should now work properly.

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

* All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.* It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Hi

I am having difficulty with iPoker hand histories on HEM2. I have downloaded the Beta2.0.0.8695 update, but it is still problematic.

The HUD on this site is really tempremental. The HUD seems to work fine for a while, then I'll realise that different players have different amounts of hands showing. Or I'll see a villain that I know I have plenty of hands on - and it'll display say 6 hands. It just doesn't seem to be pulling through all the hands.

Is there anything that I can do?

Because the actual table name in the header added the word 'Ante' and that is how HM2 identifies each table. HM3 uses a different method and the HM3 HUD did not need any updates to work on the tables with antes and new table names.

Are you using any customized HUD/Tournament filters?

Make sure the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > [ ] 'Use session stats' is disabled. Also check the Table HUD Options to be sure it is set to All Hands and not Session Stats.

- HUD Settings > HUD Filters should all be set to '2 to 10' and make sure that both check box options under Filter by limits are checked [x].

- HUD Settings > HUD Filters > Filter by date / numer of hands > 'Include hands newer than X months old' should be set to 120 and 'Use last X hands' should be set to 0.

- HUD Settings > Tournament Filters are all set to '1 to 81+'. Changing these filters to anything other than their default settings will make the HUD Stats change drastically based on the number of players at the table and/or their stack sizes in tournaments.

If that doesn't fix the issues, please reproduce the problem and attach a screenshot - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...re-screenshots - showing the HUD, the Report for one of the selected players with the problems, and pictures of the HUD Filters and Tournament Filters and attach a log file as explained in this FAQ.

Regarding HM2. Somehow I manage to drag the board cards that HM2 shows after showdown out of the confines of the table and it is no longer visible. I know that you have answered this question years ago because I read it in one of your replies but I cannot recall the procedure.
I was dragging to cards to a better position when another table pop up and my cursor jump to new table.

No. HM2 does not support those hands, only HM3. Party added that new feature after HM3 had been released. HM2 will not be getting any new features (i.e. import or HUD support for new hand/game types like this, WPN Blitz, etc) now that HM3 has been released.

Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

Do NOT reset 'All Configs'.

Note: This is also going to reset the panel positions of all your HUD profiles as well. If your custom HUD profile(s) that you use regularly have a lot of separate panels for each player this could cause you a lot of extra work resetting the actual HUD panels on all your tables and in the HM2 replayer.

Got some questiosn regarding HM3 and Note Caddy:

I am still using the trial and I think I read somewhere that Note Caddy cant be used during the trial. I bought Note Caddy when using HM2...does this mean that I can use it with HM3 as well or do I have to buy it again? And can I use it when playing on Stars, WPN, Chico and 888?

HM3 should generally perform as good as, or better than, HM2. I don't use NC and don't ever test/play more than a few tables at a time but I never have lag or other performance issues personally. Atm I don't have time to test HM3 but I might in the future.

How much ram does it use on avarage? My hem 2 is mostly 600-1000mb.. cpu sometimes up to 25% (4 cores/8 threads). A lot kind of..

Also I think I remember that back with HM2 I could active a popup on my HUD by either clicking with my mouse on it or while hovering over the stat and the assigned popup will show. Is that still possible with HM3? Right now I can only show a popup by clicking with my mouse on it. Can I change that?

Hi, my hud on on zoom tables has stopped working. I’m playing 16 & 25nl 6max, it works fine on regular tables. It imports the first 5/6 hands and then just freezes and doesn’t show up on any additional zoom tables. Any fixes for this?

It should be somewhat with HM3 (not sure about HM2) from what I see in this thread on our NC forums. If it is not working for you please post in that thread, or start your own thread, and Justin from NCE should be able to help you.

HM3 Apps can only be used if you own a HM3 license. They can not be used if HM3 is in Trial or Free mode.

If you buy / upgrade to a HM3 license you can then go the NC Beta page on our site and add an NC Beta license to your HM3.

Your NC license from HM2 will also work with HM3. Payments will only be required for new coaching packages. NoteCaddy for HM3 is in beta testing and you can sign up for it, if you own a HM3 license, here - https://www.holdemmanager.com/hm3/apps/notecaddy.php

Note: HM3 Apps can only be used if you own a HM3 license, they can not be used if HM3 is in Trial mode.

As to where it works on all those sites or not, you would have to ask Justin from NCE in the NC thread here or in our NC sub-forum as I just posted above for another 2+2'er.

Edit: According to our QA/Testing Manager the HM3 NC Beta should be working at all those sites you asked about.

HM3 does not have an option to show popups on hover. We replaced the hover over stat specific popups functionality with the stat details tooltip.* At this point it is not possible to display the assigned stat specific popup instead of the stat details popup on mouse over.* You can only see those popups via left clicking the stat in the HUD you assigned the popup to.*

This feature request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration. *If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-1361 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

HM2 or HM3? Please try to specify which version you are using when posting questions or I have to reply for both versions in most cases.

Are you playing regular and zoom tables at the same time? Please try playing only Zoom tables and see if it works.

We've seen a PokerStars bug where it can stop writing the Zoom seating files HM requires when regular tables are opened. You can verify this for yourself:

1. Open this folder:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerStars\Audit

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

2. With HM3 closed start PokerStars and join one Zoom table.

3. Confirm seating files for the Zoom table appear in the folder in step 1 for each new hand (this is how HM3 knows who is seated).

4. Open a regular table. Does PokerStars continue to generate seating files for the Zoom table? If not then unfortunately that is a PokerStars issue.

We have made them aware of this issue so hopefully they can fix it in a future update.

If you continue to have problems:

HM3: Make sure you always start HM3 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM3 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, after an install or an update, you must start the Hold'em Manager 3 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HM3 HUD/Import and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly.

*If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, rename the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.


If you continue to have problems please tell us which ps.xx skin you play on and what the client/server version numbers are and send the logs/files as instructed below:

HM2/3 use as much as they need from what is available. In general HM3 is likely going to use more RAM and possibly CPU, as it was designed with today's higher spec'd computers in mind unlike HM2 which we started development on nearly 10 years ago. I can't say how much it will use for you. That is going to depend on your system specs, database size, how many tables you play at once, etc. All I can suggest is that you give the free trial a go and see how it works on our machine.

Hi, my HM3 HUD stopped working on ACR Blitz tables after today's ACR update. I've gone through the HM3 FAQ/Support docs for site setup, etc. and everything looks correct. The hand histories are writing to HM3, as I can see the hands auto-populate in the "Live Play" section, but I don't have a HUD on any of my tables.

Do the tables have 'NULL' in the window title instead of the table number? If so, our HUD can not match the data from their seating files to place the HUD. We had some reports of the HUD not updating properly (on tables with numbers instead of NULL) and that issue we hope to have addressed in our next beta release. If the tables have NULL in place of numbers there is nothing we can do on our end until the WPN software starts numbering the tables properly to match the seating files. We have reported this issue to our contact at WPN.
