i tried to use all-incash out on stars for the first time
i had about 60%, lost the run, and in fact made a little profit

hem did import the hand and it shows me as 60% but net won -$$ the amount i would have lost if the hand ran out the way it did and I didnt use the allincash out feature,

is there any way HEM can show the result that actually happened (like in this case net won +$5 or something)?

Did you add the new 'CashoutNet' won stat to the report and hands view columns?

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM2Archive\2016\07\31).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. *If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' *and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.

Just turned on the Ignition Hand Grabber for HM3 3.1.4.65266 for the first time since I gave up on it a few weeks ago and am instantly getting 0 hand HUDs on my tables again after playing some orbits but hands are importing properly. I can confirm that the time is slightly after 12:00 AM UCT.

Is there any progress being made to fix this? My 'Ignition Card Catcher' program that I've been using instead had it's license expire and I'd prefer not to spend money renewing it if HM3's Ignition Hand Grabber has some sort of time frame before it will be functioning properly...

An interesting tidbit about this I just noticed that may help you fix it.

When I have my 'Hero' Ignition name specifically selected in HM3, the opponent's HUD stats remain at 0 hands but Hero's HUD updates normally.

When I have my 'Alias' selected in HM3, the opoonent's HUD stats remain at 0 hands and the Hero's HUD also stays at 0 hands.

I can even play an orbit with the 'Hero' name selected in HM3 and watch the Hero HUD update correctly and as soon as I switch over to Alias in HM3 and the next hand completes, the Hero HUD quickly goes back to 0 hands.

Restarting HM3 (including the server) and/or my entire computer does not seem to help bring back the opponent's working HUDs when it does start showing 0 hands, which seems to be at random or late night for me (after 12:00 AM UCT).

We have a new build being tested internally for the next release but I don't have an ETA for release yet. I tested it all weekend without issue but I didn't try with or without an alias, just whatever was active at the time in that database.

I will PM you a link to test it and see if it resolves both issues for you, so we can know for sure before we schedule a release. Send your testing feedback in a new support ticket (not this thread) or PM it to me.

You recently sent me some hands that were importing different in HM3 than PT4, and I couldn't duplicate the issue? Can you reply to that same ticket with the screenshot/details posted here and zip/attach the original HH file this hand came from if it wasn't in the original sample?

Hm3 shows hero winning "3.75" which is not the case as I only won 2.25. so that seems to be the issue, in BvB situations its somehow calculating the winnings incorrectly.

this HH there is raise to 1.25, 3b to 3.75 and a pot of $5 showing a profit of 2.25.
the previous HH SB raise 1.50, 3b to 4.50 and a pot of $6 showing a profit of 4.50.

in 6 handed blitz there are a lot more BvB situations so I can see how this has caused such a big issue. all the hands are from the same HH file I sent over I think.

also, is there a plan or can one be made to have "jackpot rake" tracked as a stat just like the total rake? it is listed in the HHs just the same and would be a nice feature for all the WPN players as their rakeback would calculate correctly and could track their rake rake points.

I added these as internal ticket notes for our tester when he gets around to testing your issues.

I forwarded this to our QA/Testing Manager and will also add this as a note to the ticket so I or the other tester can remind our QA Mgr about it later if he doesn't get back to me promptly on it today.

It is currently scheduled for the next HM2 beta, some time next week. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

I can also confirm that results are different in HEM 3 than when the same hands are imported into HEM 2 for ACR.

Can you confirm if this is a known issue of if you need me to generate a trouble ticket? It seems you are already aware of this?

Longterm user of Hm2 here, I'm thinking of switching to Hm3. Is Hm3 working 'better' when antivirus programs are running on the pc? Hm2 was having issues with most antivirus programs..

I didn't do the testing myself on that issue. If that is not representative of your issues, and we haven't already wrote up the issue in one of your existing tickets, then send in the hands with screenshots/details of the discrepancies between the 2 trackers and I can forward it to the same tester that tested the above issue.

Yes, much. I can't think of any known, common or even infrequent AV related issues off the top of my head with HM3 (other than false positives when updating/installing HM3 since it is barely out of beta) and any of the popular ones that HM2 used to often have conflicts with for things like PSQL and the HUD.

Please use the Send Feedback system in HM3 if you try it and notice any AV or other issues.

Mine was not blitz. Just basic NL on ACR. I sent in a report though the program. Once I get the confirmation email I will attach the HH and screen shots. They should really allow you to send attachments through the program just to make things easier.

Been resolved? Seems to be working now but haven't gotten an email confirming it's been fixed. Want to know if it's fully working so I don't have to change my PC time zone if I play after UTC midnight (that was the only workaround that worked on my PC). Thanks.

Im on version 8667 and it's still buggy. The hand imports but it shows me losing a buyin when I "won" a buyin by cashing out.

Once you sent the feedback you can just go to your 'My Tickets' page on our support site and attach any other files you need to send. Some customers choose to do images via gyazo, imgur, dropbox, gdrive/photos, etc. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page.

We are testing it internally. These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. Does hm3 support gg handhistories, and when are you guys finally supporting 6+ holdem on stars. Its been out for 7-8 months, really worries me that it takes so long while other huds have been supporting it for months

6+ for Stars is on the short list.

And I saw GGPoker support being discussed earlier this week. Please create a support ticket with those requests, and a link to this thread and your forum name, and I or one of the other guys can link you to the internal tickets for notification when each feature is added.

Most of your competitors now incorporate some form of Equilab/pokerstove functionality. Is that on your radar? It would be nice to not have to go to a separate program to run some ranges and equities.

You asked about this in support ticket number 401639 and I wrote up this feature request:

HMT-4267: Feature: add Hand range tool like in HM1

You are the only one asking for the feature in HM3 so far, so it is not yet on any sort of short list for development. We had a similar request for the feature in HM2 created in 2012 and only ever got 9 customers wanting the feature. If others ask for it in HM3 and that feature request becomes more popular in the future we will consider it at that time.
