Nah, even this is not working. Btw, hem2 loads as usual when there are no tables opened. Opening a single table already leads to that error message, then everything disappears including my own data. Gonna play without a hud, no problem.

Seriously considering going to h2n, especially since I play the micros and it´s probably cheaper and better. For a business trying to sell a new product like hm3, can´t be good pr to have this kind of issue right?

HM3? HM3 doesn't have lifetime replayer stats yet, if that is what you are referring to.

My database isn't that big, about 800k hands.

*this is the second time i began to import the database after updating to v3.1.4.0 and completely disabling windows defender which didn't affect anything at all.

This is certainly not expected behavior. We are looking into one reported issue with import speed slow down in larger databases that this could be related to. Do you have the original hands in your archive folder that you can try importing for now to a new database (they should import significantly faster) and send us a backup of your HM2 database for testing please?

Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Please backup your HM2 database/settings.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

Then upload the backup file to to a file hosting site like or dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. *If you have any problems with dropbox please try using google drive or filedropper.com instead. *

Have any issues been identified with HM3 and tournament reports?

I have played/cashed in two tourneys for $3xx.xx. This information displays correctly in "Tournaments" report. However, under "Tournament Results Graph," it shows 2 tourneys $10.74 winnings. It is with Pokerstars.PA client, if that carries any significance.

Make sure the Graph options for the Y-Axis are on the proper [x] 'Winnings = USD' option and not the [x] 'Buyins' option.

If you continue to have problems we need the HH/TS files sent in a support ticket with screenshots/details of the errors:

The archive should be organized by Site\Year\\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\PokerStars\2016\07\31).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. Not to derail this support thread but have you had actual experience with H2N support? If not, I'll save you the trouble and wish you the best of luck with them. They can't hold a candle to HM3 support.

There are other options like Drivehud too. Support is top notch and the software keeps getting better and better. H2n is like trying to navigate a new software language, when you don't even know how to program. Support was not good either.

Also, under tournament reports, it is not listing "bounties won" properly. It is displaying my winnings, but not bounties. I can select edit, and the information is listed correctly, however it's not displaying correctly in the report. Has this issue been reported before?

Yes. If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing, with a link to this thread and your forum name.

Chat box doesn't matter, all that matters is that your stars client is writing both Hand History and Tournament Summary files, and that HM2/3 are configured to auto import those folders.

Im looking to do something like this:
Hero saw showdown = no
Player at showdwon is over 1 player

Basically study pots that I was not at showdown. It is easly possible to do with HM2 doing like this:

Run It Once Poker support for downloaded hand histories is included in HM3 official update to version 3.1.4.1

It can be downloaded using auto-update in HM3 or through the website.
