Figured I would type here since this was first time my ticket went unanswered.

Thanks again

I am not sure why the HM2 tech did not reply to let you know it was being tested but he spent quite a bit of time testing this yesterday, and discussing his testing issues (he wasn't able to download all the samples he needed from various developer tickets) with our QA/Testing Manager. He was mostly testing it in HM3 though, because we know that HM2 has some known limitations in the tournament detection engine that make fixing these results detection issues difficult (impossible?) according to our devs in the past. HM3 should be much more accurate, and easy to fix for our devs in the cases when it is not accurate.

I let the tester and QA/Testing Manager know the ticket should have been replied to let you know we were testing it and I will take a look at your most recent ply/questions to see if I can answer any of them.

I have re-installed my HM2 a couple times and done all troubleshooting I can think of - but new hands aren't entering the software am still unable to get my HUD to work. I have been away from online poker for a while, never had problems with HM2 in the years past.

I am out of the loop, but would like some assistance in getting my HM2 back up and functional. Let me know what I can provide/do to get this corrected - I appreciate the help!

Are you by chance playing WPN? They had a major software update recently that changed their HH path and caused lots of HUD issues for tournaments as well.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Make sure your site is configured to save hands and that HM2 is setup to auto import those hands.

*Note that we do not support play money hands so you must test/play real money hands when using HM2.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder if you are playing regular non-zoom type tables.

If you continue to have problems:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Please zip and email the requested files via the 'Contact Support' link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Excellent, I am glad I remembered to edit that link in after the initial wall of text post w/o the link. The latest beta is generally the first thing we ask anyone reporting issues to try, as long as we don't forget to post the link like I almost did earlier.

We don't post beta updates on our main downloads page, just in our 'Releases Forum' here. You will receive a prompt to update to any/all future beta's once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates. You can review the release notes before updating to decide if you you should/need to try the new beta and cancel out of the update if none of the release notes apply to your sites/issues.

Yea if I had known I would not have been trying to get it to work lol it did cause me some time and sanity, but now I am fine with HM3. I have received the reply to as well in the email and see most of my little questions are things being worked on for the final release so this is good.

Thanks again for the help, appreciate it!

I purchased HM2 just to test HM3 beta.
Unfortunately the speed and performance of HM3 is absolutely terrible. I have 2 million hands in my database and when changing reports and at startup the application hangs for 1 minute. Also the windows task manager shows constant use of 4-5 GB! of RAM used (by "HoldemManager.Server"). Even when i run HM with HUD only option! Is there a way to fix this?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the software.

I was actually just discussing your support ticket T#423052 from yesterday afternoon with our QA/Testing Manager. I am not 100% sure it's your ticket (I don't have access to 2+2 account's email info) but based on the description it seems very likely that is in fact your support ticket. You also asked about custom stats, some delayed river cbet stats, and positional popups?

Once he has reviewed your issues/logs and discussed them with the developers we will reply to your ticket directly. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page - https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/

If you have not yet sent a log in a support ticket and I am confusing you with another customer, then please send logs from the software (left sidebar, or under Help' menu - 'Send Feedback') and then post here again with your support ticket number.

I apologize for the delay in a reply. Our HM3 Feedback/Support inboxes are a bit backed up right now (have been lately and likely will be for a bit longer until we get the rest of the HM2 team trained up on HM3 support as we move towards release) so replies there will take a bit longer than typical for us unfortunately. I am about to click send on yours right now.

You can also post/pm me here with your ticket number, or send a follow up HM2 general support ticket (click 'support' at top of any page on our site) with your HM3 ticket number, if you feel the HM3 ticket got overlooked or should have been replied to already.

No, I do not see such a stat in Hm2 or HM3. It could probably be created with NoteCaddy Premium for the HM2 HUD but that is something you would need to ask the NC Dev or NC power users to be sure is possible and how to actually create.

We do not support a HUD on WPN Blitz tables or have plans to add HUD support at this time. If the HUD is showing it will be updating after the fast-folded hands finally are written and imported. If the delayed HUD is distracting I would suggest manually disabling the HUD on these tables via the Active Session / Live Play view Table History section, or by clicking the 'Stop HUD' button, until we can make HM2/3 automatically hide the HUD on these tables.

It is not possible for us to support 'Fast-Fold' poker games at sites that only write hand history files. The poker sites have to also save seating files that would have information about players at the tables that we can then use to place the proper HUDs. If WPN wants HUDs on their Blitz tables they will need to update their poker client to allow us to support their fast-fold games like Amaya and other networks have done.

'bb>200' meaning you want to know your winrate when deep stacked in cash games?

- Reports - More Reports - 'Overall'
- More Filters - Other Advanced Filters - [x] Other - then choose the appropriate type of stack filter from the last 3 options: 'Effective Stack in bbs is...' or 'Hero Stack in bbs is...'

In regards to HM2:

They are part of the Chico Poker Network which we do not support. *We do not have any short term plans to add any new networks at this time. *When we decide to start adding support for more new networks again it will be done based on current pokerscout rankings and the popularity of the ticket in our system for the network.

I believe there are 3rd party programs, such as Poker Planer and BOL Card Catcher, that you can use to make the HM2 HUD work there -*https://forums.holdemmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=17

In regards to HM3/PT4:

We do not have any short/mid-term plans to add support for this network but we are creating a standardized hand history format that any Third-party developer or online poker operator can use - https://hh-specs.handhistory.org/ . These hands will import without any additional work needed.

Our devs are working on adding support for these new Stars cash-out HH to HM3 and once we are sure it is working in HM3 we will then add support for them to HM2. It should be ready for testing in one of our upcoming beta builds but I don't have an exact ETA yet.

Hi. I mean bb greater than 200 for mtt. I play mostly mtt and i want to know is it possible to look at certain stats on hem2 where it basically summarizes if someone is a winning or losing player.

Because for 1 table sngs, you can do this right with the EV? Because back then with Holdem manager 1, i recalled playing sngs, you could check your red/green line and it shows you how much you should be up or down right? Thus cash games have the same? Example say you are down $500 but the red line shows you should be up $200 etc?

Same Overall report for tournament mode then More Filters - Tournament Filters - Blinds: Big Blind = Greater than 200 - "+' - OK.

Edit: You can use these filters in the Tournaments, Tournament Winnings Graph reports also but I am not sure that they will give you the type of results you are really looking for or not as I am not a tourney player.

Hi there i tried to do the filter. When i do this, always apply to all reports?

Also where is the option of adjusted bb/100? On overall and other tabs, it shows bb/100. Where is the adjusted bb/100? That is what should be looked at more so than bb/100 when you play tournaments?

I also did a windows up 10 update to 1903 recently. I notice now that when i open HEM2, there are no buttons on top right where you can minimize or maximum or close HEM2? Is this HEM2 related or windows related? Because hem2 never updated recently and it was not like this a while ago. Like to close HEM2, you need to click on that thing on the top left corner above a username?

Turn off the HM2 - Options - Settings - General Settings - Miscellaneous: [ ] 'Auto apply filter changes to all reports' option that you must have enabled at some point.

- Click the 'Stats' button in the upper left of any report
- Scroll down the 'Available Statistics' category list to 'AllInEquity'

- Scroll down the far right stat list for that category to the 'EV bb/100' stat then use the arrows at the bottom to move it over to the 'Included Statistics' list and then use the up/down arrows in that section to position it where you want it in the columns list.

This is a Windows bug related to graphics drivers and multiple monitor setups from what we have seen. The buttons are there still there and functional if you hover over them slowly.

I had the same issues and it affected other programs like the Windows 'Movie & TV' app for me. The only solution we have found is to open the Windows Display Properties and switch your Primary Monitor #1 from the current monitor to the other.

-right-click your monitor and choose 'Display Settings'

- then re-order your primary monitor from left to right or vice versa

Question,

On HM3, when I set the HUD to show 150k hands for all players, it does not do so for myself. So when I am reviewing hands, I cannot see my personal stats for 150k hands on the replayer. Where can I fix this because I have checked everywhere?

The HM3 live HUD behaves like the HM2 live HUD: Hero HUD is table/session only stats for performance reasons. We have a feature request to add lifetime hero hands to the replayer but no ETA for when it might be added at this point beyond 'some time after the official release of HM3'.

If you want to be notified when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-1248 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

It is a really big change in terms of our database schema to implement this, and all the related stats that users may want to see in the reports, so there is obviously no ETA at this time.
