Does 'pop' = population? And you are filtering for situations in the reports? Just click the little Rubik's cube looking icon to 'Show or hide the hole cards grid', or you could just do the filtering on the More Reports - Preflop - Holecards report.

More Filters - Board Texture Filters - Straight and select the appropriate types of straight draws which in this case would be connected cards, 1 gapper, and 2gapper draws.

Yes pop = population, ye im filtering for situations in zone alias in report statistics, im not looking for preflop holecards im looking for postflop when the stat is like 80% for cbet flop i want to know which 80% of specific combos are being bet.

Add the Did CBet = True filter to your current filters so that stat shows as 100% and then you should be able to see/review those hands in the various reports.

hello

When I click at HM2, the program don't even open . It says ''Holdem Manager 2 cannot connect to the PostgreSQL database server. This wizard will help you find a solution. Click next to begin.''

I click next. and it says:

Connect to PostgreSQL Database

The PostgreSQL service is not running. Click 'Start Service' to try to start the

Server 000.0.0.0.
Port 0000
User ________
Password _________ (it has a user name and a password. also the theres is numbers, Im not writing here).

Click here to troubleshoot PostgreSQL connection problems.

Then theres 3 buttons. 'Retry Connection' 'Start Service' and 'Reset Password'.

I did clicked lots of times on Start Service, and when I clicked, it says ''ERROR: There was an error starting the service: postgresql-. Please manually investigate the problem.

Then I click at Retry connection, and it says ''ERROR: can't connect to PostgreSQL (wrong server, port or firewall enabled?). Click 'Retry connection' to try again.

And doesn't work...

I have this holdem manager 2 for years . No idea what happenned today. Im using the same computer, same setup, everything the same. my HM2 was working fine , I was playing at Pokerstars, then lost energy at my house and when I tried use again, 5minuters later, this **** happenned ! Its common lose energy/light here in my house, so maybe isn't related to this. Its the 1st time I have ever see this problem with HM2, but because happenned after losing internet twice in a row, maybe its related . (pokerstars and overall internet , everything is working fine in my computer, only HM2 not).

please help ! As I said, its not working online or offline, I can't even see my database , graphs etc.

ps: I read the FAQ about conect PostgreSQL and it says to be sure to have windows fully updated. Can't be my problem because as I said, today was working fine, lost light/enery for 5minutes and after that I just turned on my computer again, everything works, only HM2 not .

i forgot to add:

when Im playing at Pokerstars and lose energy/light in my house (something that its kinda common), when I turn on the computer, HM2 always ask my license code . When Im using HM2 and just turn off computer, or reset without closing the HM2 software, never ask license code . This happenned many times... today its the 1st time ever I have this postgreSQL problem .

I have no idea if its related with losing the light/energy or if its not .

Power outages while using HM2 can corrupt your config files, database, corrupt your entire postgresql installation and as a result it can causey our machine to look different to our licensing server.

Please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
- Please send your \HM2Logs folder files as well.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com

Hopefully I am still understanding what you wanted as I answered the previous question from memory. I believe this is what you were going for:

Here I filtered for in relative position and hero's position = button. MY Flop CB was 57.4% over 3688 hands.

I then added the other advance filter flop continuation bet made = true and now the Flop CBet stat = 100% and it is showing 826 hands.

The filtered hands should be all the ones I (or in your case the alias/pool) actually cbet the flop with from that position. If I set that CB filter to false I should end up with CB = 0% and 3688 - 826 = 2862 hands:

I highlighted in red the icon for showing the hole cards grid in the last pics:

You could also use the Holecards report I mentioned earlier if you want more details on those hands and to review/replay them in detail.

It is related to their new/seasonal themes. Try switching back to an older theme if you are on the new Aurora theme and/or disable the Settings - Table Appearance - Table Display: [ ] 'Display Seasonal Themes'.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, rename the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems please tell us which ps.xx skin you play on, what the client/server version numbers are, and send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the Zoom setup FAQ in the link above.

What exactly does (HM3) Filter Editor -> Basic -> Tournament Hand Info -> Players from do?

For example when I select Players From 8 to 9 tables with less total players aren't filtered out.

That filters for hands with only the specified number of players dealt in.

Which version number is your HM3? If I open the Report Selector - Analysis - 'Number of Players' report and filter like you describe everything works like it should.

If it is not working for you please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and send us a link to this thread and your forum name along with a screen shot of your results filtered versus unfiltered and a screen shot of the filter you are using. You can also export/save the filter to a file and zip/attach it to the support ticket email.

It seems it's more likely some weird re-player bug has occurred because hand summary shows 8 players in the hand but re-player shows only 7. Player 34s69t should sit behind me and player BNE0412 isn't even shown by re-player .

Right-Click - Export that hand to file and then zip/attach it to a support ticket as instructed in my previous reply with that screen shot, a link to this thread and your forum name.

I did a little quick testing and it seems to be the last filter in your string for the highcard of ten on flop. If you add them one by one it all looks good and there are plenty of results with low boards for me in my 366k hand test DB. The first filter cut it down to 38k, the 2nd filter cut it to 15.5k and the 3rd filter made it 3.2k.

I will set a reminder to do more testing and discuss this with our QA/Testing Manager after the new year. For now all I can say is to avoid that highcard filter in combination with other filters (it seems to work fine by itself).

p.s. It seems to work OK in HM3. This was from a 9k hand test database:

I am not sure if you saw it yet or not but I also sent you a PM:

"I was doing some further testing and that filter seems to work OK if you build it with the highcardfilter at the front of the string like this - https://www.screencast.com/t/uLDeMnfWjeGZ

This happened some years ago for another particular filter/combination. I tested this multiple different ways in HM3 and it always worked as it should."
