Excellent. I am glad to hear you were able to work thru the FAQ and it helped.

If you do not own a Premium license for NoteCaddy you may want to disable it to prevent those 2 database tables from becoming so bloated in the future: Open HUD Settings, make sure you are on the HUD Designer tab, and uncheck "Show Caddy notes in HUD." Restart HM2.

Sorry if this has been asked before. I've got the newest version of windows 10 and it's fully updated and all and it won't allow me to install any version of postgresql/hm2, I keep getting this error.

''Failed to load SQL modules into database cluster''

i have a couple of stats in my main hud (fold bb to btn & sb) that often show 0 or 100 because of the sample size
but i would like these hud stats to show '-' (like it does when this situation hasnt occured) until it happened like 10 times at minimum because otherwise its not a representable stat
is this possible?

Have you tried setting the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance > Stat Settings > 'Min samples = X' where X is greater than 0 for each of those stats? Working from memory I think this will do what you want.

Anyone have a simple solution that tends to get missed when it comes to the HEM2 HUD on the Party Poker fast tables.

Ive gone through all the FAQ sheets and even though the HUD works fine on the normal tables i just keep getting " waiting for hands " on the FF tables.

When i was playing earlier, my stars/holdem manager crashed. Had to restart my computer. So all my stars settings such as hotkeys etc got deleted. HEM2... does not start when clicking run import and star hud.

Do i need to reset holdem manager etc? Do i still have the hud settings preset and everything? I checked hud settings and it does seem to be the same.

what am i suppose to do now? When i click on my licenses, it shows status as holdem pro for holdem2. When i click on license code, it does show it etc.

If the FAQ did not solve the issues please send the logs/files as requested at the end of the FAQ:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

It is not uncommon for the stars client to lose it's settings if it crashes. It often happens with a simple Windows update. Chances are it disabled the hand history saving option in the poker client.

Make sure your site is configured to save hands and that HM2 is setup to auto import those hands.

*Note that we do not support play money hands so you must test/play real money hands when using HM2.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder if you are playing regular non-zoom type tables.

If you continue to have problems:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Hi there. So if i click on the save hand history and save tournament history, that should solve the issue right? I did try that and the hud does seem to appear to work but i tried it on a format that i normally dont play.

On the site setup, for stars, it has a yellow exclamation point. However, i recalled it always had that even when it worked. So that means that would be fine if it does work like normal?

It is impossible for me to say for sure without seeing the requested logs.

One thing you can try to get rid of that exclamation icon warning, and be sure the hands will be imported properly, is: Try creating a new folder on your computer such as C:\StarsHands and C:\StarsTourneys then setup PokerStars to save the hands/results here in their Options > Instant Hand History menu and setup HM2 to Auto Import from here in the Options > Site Setup menu.

If none of that helps please send the answers, logs/files as requested at the end of the previous reply.

Updated to a beta today and it's messed up my HUD on a specific tourney on Party (affiliate freeroll), do you have a link to downgrade to the previous release? Don't normally play tourneys so don't know if it's messed up any others, cash is fine.

Please send a HUD Report if you can.

You can always find previous builds on our forums.

Thanks for the link.

Tourney finished so don't think I can send the hud report? It was still showing a hud but only for a couple of players at the table (I checked the others weren't hidden behind other hud elements or anything). Hands seem to have imported fine so could have been something isolated to that tourney if you haven't had other reports.

Yeah, no worries. The logs using that tool are only good for us if you are still playing the problem table/game.

HEY in the opponents section, when you look for hand type, can we create our own parameters* like now we have wtsd, 3b flop cb and won more than 50bbs, can we create something like, call 3b oop, xr flop or w/e???

No, I do not think so. The filters in the Opponents sub-menus are limited compared to the Reports. That could be filtered easily in the reports but you would have to create an alias of all opponents* if you want to see specifics for that situation for all players besides yourself.

*If you want to create an alias with a lot of villains you can do it via PGAdmin as explained here or via the new NoteCaddy Premium Aliases feature that creates an alias based on a color definition but please be aware that it can be very resource intensive to link all villains to an alias so you should have a powerful computer with lots of ram if attempting this. This technique can also cause erroneous results if some of the villain's you aliased together have played hands against each other. An alias is designed to join 2 or more hero screen names that would not have played against each other so while this is possible to do it is not something we officially support or recommend.

If you are using NC you can do the aggregate percentages much more quickly than by making an alias.

There is no stat in HM2 for that action from the opponent, from the hero's perspective, as we need to know if you fold/call/raise (i.e. 'Flop CBet-Fold') before it can be a stat from your end. It is something you can probably filter for, but a HUD stat will not be possible if I understand the question.

That would be one of the three I mentioned earlier: Continuation Bet - 'Flop CBet-Call'.

I did send a support ticket and got a response.

Basically they think the issue is AVG and i need to uninstall that.

Im no computer guy tbh but i doubt its AVG.

Everything has worked fine for months on Stars and had no issues with the normal tables or Zoom.

Even on Party the HUD seems to work on the normal tables so AVG has singled out Party fast forward tables ?????

That seems a little odd to me especially as i added the required list of exceptions.

Make sure that PostgreSQL logging is disabled. The 8.4 version that ships with HM2 has it disabled but if you installed a different version of PSQL manually that logging will be enabled and wasting a ton of space.

Please see this FAQ to clear up some more free space.

Try emptying c:\temp and/or c:\users\username\appdata\local\temp. You will need to show system and hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files.

If you continue to have problems you can try moving the windows temp directories that we use for these database procedures to another drive that has more free space.

Also, make sure that the permissions settings are not blocking the necessary files/folders. Please see this FAQ to alleviate any security bottlenecks.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'DBControlPanel' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

My C-Drive also starts to grow and I only have 10GB space left (total capacity 111GB).
I keep nearly all my files on an external drive (movies/photo's/data) so I'm not 'overusing' my C-Drive.

I think it might have to do with my database, or a corruption of some sort.
I've walked through some of the steps in the quote above. Emptying C/Temp and appdata/local/temp helped a bit.

However, I'm not seeing really big results.

Any tips/tricks/tools?
