I can't answer that as I am not a programmer and have no idea of their methods used. We require hand history AND touranment summary files to gather that information in our database yet Merge (and many other sites) do not write summary files like stars, tilt and pacific do.

Is there a way to click on a specific stat in the HUD in order to say how many attempts were used to calculate the %? I have "click to popup set"

by attempts I mean villain had opportunities to

I noticed my post was un-deleted and is now visible. I will respond below.

On HM2 forums, udbrky wrote:

Right, but this HAS NOT stopped a number of poker reporting sites (that happen to be free) from compiling Merge's MTT data correctly.

Hence, there is a way to do it even if the info. is not in the hand history files.

Since your product says that it supports merge network, and doesn't note any limitations on MTTs (or does it?), then one would naturally expect that HM2 to be able to compile this very basic MTT data.

Is HM2 team planning on doing something about it? Or and I just wasting my time on this subject?

If the stat you are clicking on is also in the popup you assigned to that stat then you can see the number of opportunities for that stat in the parentheses shown in the popup. If the number of opportunities is >99 then the number/parentheses are removed to save space.

We almost never delete posts on our forums unless they are abusive or spam. Our forum has automated moderation software in place to try and reduce the spam but it often will hide legitimate user's posts/questions. We check the moderation queue at least once a day and will retrieve/unhide any legitimate posts at that time so if you don't see your post/thread you made just wait 12 - 24 hours and you should see it. You can always email your questions to us via a support ticket and you will generally get a faster reply as our email/ticket volume is much greater on average so we check that more often.

This is how our software works with the majority of sites as I already mentioned and it is why we have a 30 day trial and 30 day no questions asked refund period allowing you to use the software risk free for a total of 60 days so you can see how it works on your site/games.

BWIN uses the Party software/network - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...01/Party+Poker

Party Poker recently announced that they will be making major changes to their client that will affect both HUD and tracking of players playing history - http://uk.pokernews.com/news/2015/10...ield-19256.htm

In the near future they will completely stop saving hand histories. If they do not write hand histories we can no longer provide tech support for problems on their software or support their software going forward unless they tell us they will still allow our software on their network and continue to provide hand history files.

At this time they have not clarified their changes or contacted us. Because of this, all Party Poker related development is on hold until their decision is officially made and reflected in their terms of use.

We will continue to offer basic support to players who are having problems with Hold'em Manager 2 on Party Poker tables as long as they are still writing hand history files that import, however we are not adding features or FastForward support for new and/or currently unsupported Party Poker skins (such as their new 'Premium' clients) at this time or testing/fixing import errors until they clarify their stance on trackers/HUDs with us directly.

I meant for stats not in the default popup. Or is the best way to do this configure the popup and add them?

When you have click for stat popup enabled the stat specific popup that is configured in the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance menu for each specific stat will show instead of the default/main (tabbed) popup. If you aren't using custom popups, and just the default popups assigned to that stat, then you need to add that stat to the popup if it isn't on it already or configure your own stat specific popups. Also take a look through our free HUD Repository and you might find some other HUDs/Popups you like to save yourself some time configuring the HUD and Popups.

Hey,

I play on winning poker network (ACR).
Issue: All is fine when as long as I don't hover my mouse on the HUD, the second I do and a pop up comes, all tables on ACR freeze and so does HEM and I get a notification.
" close the program/ wait for the program to respond etc. And I end up closing HEM which seems to unfreeze ACR.

I have a registered version of HEM2, however I am using the trial version of HEM now as I recently re installed windows. Does this have any bearing to what is happening?

It is not related to the trial version.

Why are these stats different when they seem to all have the same meaning since all hands were played at heads up 100%?

And this is a pic of the hud with those 4 stats

As you can see from this pic above 2 of them show 1 while the other 2 show no folds

what is the difference between these stats?
Holdem Manager Support Quote

I can't say without having the hands that generated those stats for our testers to look at.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket via the 'Contact Support' and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Are you saying they should all show the same?

Also which would be the correct one to use when BB folds to SB's raise in a heads up match?

I am not saying that as I am not a HU player or a stats expert. Please create a support ticket with your questions and the hands so I can forward them to our testers or QA/Testing Manager as they are much more experienced with these types of stats questions.

Are you able to ask your QA/Manager which stat is the correct one for what I am asking and post it in this thread? Its just that there are over 500,000 hands in database and I am not sure which hands to send or all of them plus rather not send hands as it would show my stars username.

I just had him look and he had this to say:

Quote:
in headsup we only use SB / BB positions, we only use BTN only if there is a player who is not SB/BB also in the hand
If you have further questions please create a support ticket and just send the hands from that day/table. We don't care what your stars name is and would never share them or use the information in any way. If you are still worried about it you can manually edit a copy of the hand history files to replace your name with some other name that isn't your actual screen name as long as you edit all of the hands the same, but do not use something generic like 'hero' but use something like 'myscreenname' or 'herosample' instead.
