Wouldn't it make more sense to make that graph into a histogram so that you can actually analyze the frequencies of different types of sessions? If there's a histogram for opponent 3 betting %s it makes sense that there should be a histogram for your session results. Perhaps this can be implemented in a future patch?

Does anyone know how to make the hud look good for 888 poker for 8 man and 9 mans? Seems like no way to put it in spot where it doesn't block either player name , cards etc. Wondering if anyone has picture of 888 and their hud for 8 and 9 players and how they put it.

Thank you for the suggestion. We will discuss it in the near future and make a decision on whether to add the requested feature. We would love to add everyone’s suggestions, but we also need to be careful that we do not over complicate the software with too many features. As a result not all of them are implemented. If we do not add your feature on this occasion, we may reconsider it if more people show support for it in the future.

When will you release the fix for 888 with their HH change? Can`t really use table finder for every table when multi-tabling on 2-3 sites.

It was released 13 or 14 hours ago to our beta feed. If you have the beta update prompt enabled, that I have mentioned a few times recently in this thread, you should have already gotten the prompt.

Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates then click the HM2 > Home > Check For Updates or restart HM2.

If you still don't get a update prompt then follow the link above and go to the first post in that thread for a manual download link or just use the following direct link, which is always the same for our latest beta release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

Hey Fozzy,

I created a new DB a while back. I backed up my notes but forgot to restore them. I've created some new notes and color coded ppl already in the new DB. What would happen now if I restored the notes now from the old DB?

Good question. I wasn't 100% sure about what would happen to the colors (I assumed they would be overwritten, but haven't tested this in a long time) so I tested this to be sure I answered correctly. I knew the notes would come in with 'Notes restored on MM/DD/YYYY Time' tags but I wasn't sure if the colors would get overwritten. It looks like they do. I took screen shots throughout the process so I am going to post them all just to be sure I tested it similar to how your current situation is.

I opened my current database and found a player with hands played vs me this month and last month.

Then I added a note to a hand from last month and colored him purple:

Then I backed up the player notes and skipped the database:

Created a new database, imported only hands from this month and wrote a note on the same player and colored him red:

Then I restored just the player notes (configs only):

And opened a hand in the replayer:

Can't open HM2. Asks for the licensed code, which in this case is still valid, I enter it and it says "make sure it's on your account". Whats the prob?

We can't know this without you emailing us a licensing log as explained in our registration FAQ instructions.

Please see this FAQ for help in resolving licensing issues - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Holdem+Manager

If you continue to have problems we need you to send us the HoldemManager.Licensing.log file in the %appdata%\HoldemManager folder as explained in the last steps under 'Contact Support'.

Once I get at least this information I can forward it to our testers to see if they can duplicate it and help the developers to resolve it in a future update.

There are a lot of people in the Party thread with this problem. Maybe your team could read back the last month-1.5 months to get some idea.

Here are two posts from today.

Just to update this. After previous update I obviously deleted the partycommunicator from my HM2-folder but yesterday I again updatet hm2 to the latest beta and forgot to delete the file. I had my party client+tables disappear 30-45min into the session, like always before.

Have you managed to recreate this problem? It doesn't really affect me as I don't play FF and can just delete the file but I'm sure most of your customers won't know what is going on and they are now blaming Party for their software crashing and Party can't help them in any way.

I'm sorry to hear you're still having issues with the software and I apologize for the delay. We have a large back log of testing tasks from the end of year holidays/vacations and all the recent poker client updates that took priority for our testers to help us get out beta/official updates. Now that 8280 is an official release we will be working through this back log and this is one of the first ones to work on so I just assigned it to a party tester and took a look at the logs you sent back in November.

I don't see any exceptions/crashes in any of the 10 log files that were in the zip you sent but I did notice that you had an auto import folder setup for freephg. Are you still using this? Can you try to remove it from the Site Setup > Auto Import Folder list and see if you have the same problem with the partycommunicator file installed? Freephg is now against the TOS at Party and not something we can use in our testing so our tester will not be using it in his testing so we will need you to help us determine if the problems you and others reported might simply be a conflict with a banned 3rd party software.

Please email any further questions/feedback on this topic to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name so we can keep any further findings on this issue in our email system for reference.

I've just installed the latest update and it's not working at all. The program is not responding to anything, and my HUD appears on the tables but doesn't display any hands. The only way I can even close HM2 now is going into task manager and stopping the process.

Fozzy,

Those logs were sent for another problem. You didn't ask me to send any logs for this problem.

It has nothing to do with FPHG. The crashes happen with both HM2/PT4 and is fixed when the partycommunicator is deleted. It's super easy to recreate and I've done it now several times and there are several reports in the Party thread about this (I linked you couple of them last time).

^^^^^^ confirmed.

Also haven't used FPHG since it was banned so that has nothing to do with it.

We need those of you that can duplicate the problem to send us log files. I just had a tester play for an hour and he can't duplicate it. If you can duplicate it and send us a log file you may want to do it on micro stakes tables instead of causing you to possibly lose any hands/money at your normal stakes.

Please update to the latest version to load the partycommunicator file again - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...r_2_Update.exe

After downloading, right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator to complete the reinstall.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem, close HM2 and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Here in exchange I had with another player in the Party thread today.

FYI, the Party software has 2 lovely crashes going on at the moment.

One is caused by their MTT ad popups. When those occur, Windows gives some MFC error message and closes the client.

The other problem is caused by the Partycommunicator file which just causes the tables to disappear and after that you can find the pprekop.exe crash in the Windows event logs (like I showed you in my earlier post).

Did u notice if one type of crash disappeared? I'm just guessing but since there are 2 types of crashes going on, you fixed one of them. And I'm guessing you are now only getting the MFC crashes ?
player 1 getting back to me

I've been following this closely for the past 3 months and can bet my bankroll that the problem is with partycommunicator file and with whatever it's doing with the party client.

Fozzy,

I can try to play micros to re-create this. Just to confirm, this also happens even if you never touch fast forward tables like I don't. Are those 2 options still enough for you to find something?

To clarify and refresh my memory is it HM2 or party that crashes? And what does MFC and pprekop stand for?

If it is the party client crashing can you also include an event viewer log please?

- Open Windows Event Viewer's - Windows Logs - Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
