***OFFICIAL PartyPoker Thread***

The latest version of the PartyPoker software will be released tomorrow morning and will bring with it the following new features:

• Tournament lobby information will be available in the chat window. In MTTs you will be able to see:

 Chips in Play
 Largest Stack
 Smallest Stack
 Average Stack
 Your Position
 Next Break
 Time bank balance

• In STTs you will be able to see:

 Chips in Play
 Largest Stack
 Smallest Stack
 Average Stack
 Your Position
 Time bank balance

• Anonymous HU tables where both you and your opponent’s real screen name and the Avatar will be anonymous; a pseudonym screen name will be displayed. These are in addition to our current HU offering.

• Fold and Show feature allowing players to reveal one or both of their hole cards after folding in a situation when a hand has been won uncontested.

• Rabbit Hunt – once enabled this allows players to see what the next card to be dealt would have been, in situations where a hand is completed after the flop or the turn.

• Our pro players will now be highlighted on the tables where they are playing. You will be able to spot a pro player as they will have a chip icon on their avatar.

We also have a new version of the Gladiator promotion which will begin from 1st November.

As always your comments and feedback are very welcome and valuable.

For information, the release has been rescheduled for Friday morning. It will take place during off peak time during the early hours Central European Time to minimise disruption.

Re: PartyPoker October Release

PLEEEEEEEEASE bring the rake for your Heads Up tables down to the capped industry standard of 50c. Really want to keep my business 100% on Party but have to keep leaving to play heads up so I wont get raked to death.

If you agree please email support and let them know

Is this for new-style tables only or will it also work with classic tables?

Re: PartyPoker October Release

HU thing is kinda stupid. Regs will never play regs except for the occassional grudge match. Just get rid of the HU tables altogether. Just a bunch of regs that sit on 18 tables and wait for fish to come, never playing anyone else.

Please do not enable this for tournaments as it is just a waste of time when the blinds/antes keep increasing. For cash games, will there be a penalty like other sites of having to show your hole cards?

Instead of being a lazy dick, trying looking up the answer for yourself. Took me a minute to find this on Party's site:

"Inter-account transfers can be used to transfer money from one player to another. Remember, the minimum amount you can transfer is $50, and you must have a minimum balance of $50 remaining in your account after the transfer has been made.

For more details, please log in to your account and select the 'Inter-account transfer' tab."

Re: PartyPoker October Release

HU thing is pretty cool.

Though it seems that most of the improvements are for casual players and nothing has improved for regulars

Rabbit hunt, how many hands per hour this decreases ?

Please add 'sit out on all tables' thing please and most waited filter for not showing 20bb tables, please!

This pleasse. Gimmicks to attract casual players are fine with me but surely this filter is easy to make. I only play six tables but I'm getting sick and tired of accidently opening a 20bb table whilst I am mid session.

Oh, and it it broken for anyone else? Can't load after downloading the update!
