Those are HM1 stats who's names have changed. Find their replacement stat in the HUD Settings > Popup Designer and replace them.

They should be CO Steal (ST.CO), BTN Steal (ST.BN) and SB Steal (ST.SB)

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client.
Please check all of the steps on this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rs+Zoom+Tables

Check your C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Temp folder for a file named StarsCommunicator.hm2 and if you see it please delete it.
If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

If you continue to have problems, please use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- Screen shot of the table/desktop
- Original hand history for the table with the issue
- Screen shot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
- Please send a log file as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report.

Hi,
This is a really stupid question but I've created a new HUD in the HUD designer (which I named "PLO"). How do I switch from the default 2.0 HUD to my PLO HUD?

If you have the Table HUD showing the arrows and gear icon on the table just click the current HUD name 'default 2.0 hud' and pick 'PLO' and it will ask you if you want to use it for all similar tables and it will create a Site Options rule for the site and table type. If you don't have the Table HUD display visible then you can do it manually in the HUD Settings > Site Options menu.

I can't use my HUD at the minute because I can only move the stats around the top left quarter of the table and will not let me move them any further...

Everything was ok in the cash games on ipoker but now I'm on stars 18 mans???

Even when I right click to move and it blackens a little bit I can see it's not aligning properly because I can move the stats off the table but even if it was aligned properly then it doesn't look big enough that I would be able to move them from 1 corner to the other???

Totally confused... Could it be I'm using a high res screen 2880x1800

1. Make sure Pokerstars is closed and right-click on the shortcut icon for Pokerstars.
2. Select "Properties" on the menu that pops up.
3. Go to the "Compatibility" tab.
4. Under Settings, put a check in the box labeled "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings."
5. Use the "Apply" button to save this information.

If you do not play on pokerstars or can't find the options mentioned above for your poker client than use the following instructions:

Change your DPI Scaling to 96/Normal - http://www.istartedsomething.com/200...a-dpi-scaling/

- Please close HM2 and Poker Stars.
- Go to C:\Program Files\PokerStars (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
- Right click the PokerStars.exe and choose “Properties”.
- Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”. If this option is greyed out it is because the UAC is disabled and you are already running as admin so there is no need to change anything.
- Please repeat steps 1-3 for PokerStarsUpdate.exe, holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe and all of the easyhook, blitz.dll files and the stars/stars inject files in C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version) although holdemmanager.exe should already be set to run as admin by default.

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...7B47%7D7+%26+8

Note, if you are running Windows 8 compatibility tab is most likely not available for PokerStarsUpdate.exe so alternate steps are: right-click, "Troubleshoot compatibility", click "Troubleshoot program", choose 3rd option "The program requires additional permissions, click next, click "Test program" (PokerStars should run), click next, click "Yes, save these settings for this program".

My HEM2 is now crashing more and more often. Sometimes it would happen maybe once a week or something but now it's like daily. It just crashes completely with the windows 7 popping up the box that "Holdemmanager 2 has stopped working".

I'm guessing there could be a million reasons for this but how to start finding it?

We should probably start with seeing a log file and an event viewer log since it is not responding instead of actually crashing.

Please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt and event viewer .evtx files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing. Email this file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

Open Windows Event Viewer's in Control Panel > Administrator Tools > Event Viewer and then go to Windows Logs - Applications.

Check for any errors around the time of the info and send the information by copying and pasting any of the errors and email them to us.

For the problem in your screenshot:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands

If the new database seems to work properly, keep an eye on it next time you update but to be safe make a database backup before you install the next update. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt or you have any hardware problems you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...onfigs+work%3F

If you continue to have problems in the new database or after the next update please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

Thank You very much once again, creating new database helped and I have my lesson for the future.

For the error messages - Im recieving constant messages, that Im using "unsupported auto-center option on Poker Stars". It's strange cause from the beginning I was using the "don't auto center me" option. I switched it to "always auto center me" but it's still the same and HM is still viewing this alert. Thankfully it's not affecting my HM work, but if You got any idea how to fix this problem I will be gratefull, thank You.

Oh, btw - Im using the PokerStars 7 Beta version.

Is the ps v6 client setup the same way? Do you have any other ps.xx clients installed? Make sure all of the clients have that setting configured the same way. The alert may be triggered from a different client that is configured differently for that setting as we read their ini files to determine how you configured it and then we set the option for you in HM2.

If that doesn't help or doesn't apply, make sure the pokerstars folder and it's \roaming folder in your users folder is not set to as 'read only - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...olders+HM2+use

I think the Merge update in July and the Stars update in July/Aug took center stage as there are only a few emails on this ticket for customers waiting to be notified. We should be able to get this moved up into the 'on deck' queue now but it would be helpful if you could send us more hand histories with a link to that forum thread.

Purge time depends on your computer performance, database size, how many hands you are purging, which purge filters you are using, which games you are purging (cash or tourney), etc. There are too many variables to give any sort of estimate but the computer going to sleep can definitely cause the problem you are seeing.

There is no 'cancel' button in HM2 as it is telling PGAdmin what needs to be done. If you think it is completely frozen the only thing you can try to 'X' out HM2 and close it. If you have any problems trying to close HM2 then you will have to end the holdemmanager.exe process from the Task Manager and cross your fingers that your database is OK. I would probably wait a few minutes and/or reboot the whole PC after closing HM2 before I start playing.

Hopefully you have a recent database backup if anything goes wrong. I suggest at least monthly backups if you take a lot of player/hand notes and more often if you play a ton of hands each month. I don't play a lot of hands or make player notes in the HUD so I personally never backup my database anymore and if I have problems with my database I just reimport.

Good luck, let me know how it goes and/or if you have any other questions.

Change your DPI Scaling to 96/Normal (if it is >125 you might be able to get it to work in the 120 - 125 range but if not you need to go down to 96 - 100%) - http://www.istartedsomething.com/200...a-dpi-scaling/
