Hi!

HM2 for some reason doesn't import full tilt hands. Hand history and auto import folders are all setup correctly, I checked. If I try to import hands manually, it imports errors instead of hands. I have the latest version. Can anyone help?

Edit: I see someone else has that problem.

No, this stat does not exist at this time and I can't find any requests for it. I have written a stat request for this but it is a very rare scenario and will be a low priority request with no ETA.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-6838: Stat Request: Squeeze vs Hero stats

Full Tilt changed their hand history formatting.

Before update:
Code:
Full Tilt Poker Game #32613694286: Table Warp Speed (6 max) - $0.10/$0.25 - No Limit Hold'em - 16:49:58 ET - 2013/05/07
After update:
Code:
Full Tilt Poker Game #32616936931: Table Warp Speed (6 max) - NL Hold'em - $0.10/$0.25 - 09:03:18 ET - 2013/05/08
The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-6837: Full Tilt Poker - Software Update - Changed HH format

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-6837 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

p.s. They also made some other changes like adding the buyin to the tournament table header which may end up causing HUD problems once we fix the parsing issues.

Fozzy, when FTP has done this in the past, how long does it usually take to get it all fixed?

FYI, my hud is working, just no new hands added to it, and no hands importing at all. (HEM1, v1.13.01)

In HM1 the range of stats available when checking all of the opponents was greater than in HM2. For instance late position open...

Doesn't seem to be available in HM2, am I missing something?

Cheers

Yes, it will be the most accurate (but still not correct) in that build. We have checked in the long awaited EV fixes for HM2 which will be a part of the next release with the FTP fixes we are working on for their update today. Now that it is checked in for HM2 it should also be part of the HM1 code and included in our next release but I am waiting on confirmation about that from our testers but they are a little busy with all the FTP issues right now. Once I have more info as to whether or not the EV fixes are to be included in the next HM1 release I will re-quote your question and this reply and let you and everyone else know.

Look a few posts above yours. This is a known issue that we are working on that was caused by today's FTP update. I don't have an ETA but once it is released it will be posted in this thread.

The HM2 build will be released before the HM1 build. We just released a HM2 build recently so we can push a new HM2 build fairly quick without all the normal internal test cases as we can be fairly confident the build is stable. Unfortunately we were already in the middle of internal testing for the next HM1 release and these FTP changes are going to delay the HM1 release because most of what we were working on for HM1 was FTP related and their update basically broke everything so we have to start from scratch with all of our internal testing before we can push an official release.

does HM not have a relationship with stars/FTP so that stars/ftp will tell HM when they're going to update and what they're going to do so that HM can then prepare a new build (if needed) to release sooner?

I mean in HEM1 I could examine every villain in my database, selecting particular stats such as CC or steal. To my knowledge this isn't possible in HEM2, your stuck with the default report and additional player analysis.

Am I missing something? Can this still be achieved in HM2?

We have some stat requests in the system to add more stats to the HM2 Opponents tab but I am not sure if this particular stat is among the ones already requested. You can pick any opponent in the Reports > Select Player... menu and review any of the available stats for the selected player.

I don't see a 'late position open' stat in the HM1 Players tab. Are you talking about a different stat/report by chance?

Is there a stat in the reports tab that shows the % of time hero is facing a flop CB?

Also the search feature in report stats is awful

This is a known issue caused by the recent FTP update and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HMONE-228 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

No, there is not. You would need to use the filters to find these hands.

We improved the Report Stats Search functionality some in the past (ticket #HM-1178) but there are not any new tickets open for this. If you can send an email with examples of searches and expected results that need improvement we can write a new ticket for the developers to do some more work to this feature to improve it further.

I will forward this to our testers so they can reproduce it and write a ticket to see if it can be improved.

Hey as everyone knows hem is giving me the ev of my games as the results because it's not importing hands.

Just wondering when this is fixed will the ev right itself as it imports the HHs? or will it be permanently messed up?

Thanks guys.

If you clicked on players, then changed the report to, and this is a guess (not close to my laptop) "steal" it would provide details such as late UO.

I found them useful, I often colour code stats based on the average tendency at the respective lvl I'm playing. Useful when exploiting villians.

The hands will have to be purged and imported again or imported to a fresh database after you have updated to the new release with the fix.

Thank you for the clarification. I had forgot about the optional reports in the HM1 Players tab. We don't have anything like this in HM2 right now so I have written up a feature request to add it.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-6843: Opponents > Summaries: Add optional reports like in HM1 Players

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-6843 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

It should do this by default but if you enabled the HUD/Tournament filters in HUD Options it can affect the stats you are seeing.

- Make sure the HUD Options > HUD Filters are all set to '2 to 10', the [x] 'Include hands from other limits' is enabled, and that 'Use last X hands' is set to '0'.
- Make sure the HUD Options > Tournament Filters are all set to '1 to 81+'

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab
- and your log.txt file - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F
- If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.
